Mobile POS... There was no PC interface for anything except for customers when they order online, they have recently claimed there's a web version but I can't get it to work. So if it exists, is not user friendly. It's a very very basic app to show your items and process sales. It's limited in customization options and don't get me started on the 1 color options for your entire site. Forget personalization! Just starting out? On a budget? It'll do... For now!
The app is great and value for money. I hope they would add a separate inventory system.. like for us in chicken wing restaurant, we still cannot account the invenyory of used raw ingredients. Also, I hope there should be an option to upgrade some meals or beverage like from small to regular to large, I did it separately for now
Great app. However need more improvements eg. For pro version, its best to be able to select what services you need eg. inventory mgmt. I dun need the rest and i dun want to pay for things i dun need. Btw there are other POS with free printing option. Pls make receipt more editable eg. Need to show name, not address and also logo too small.
Works good and is easy to use. It really needs a browser for back end management though. Using just the app to add and edit multiple items is tedious on a phone or tablet. They have updated the web app to make adding and editing stock much easier now. 5 stars!
So far, I've been experiencing a good time with Kyte. In the point of view, of a trial account holder, it has everything a seller could desire to simplify the processes when attending customers. It's easy to manage all accounts without concerns. The features are great and extended, words would not be enough to describe all.
It is an easy to use app and very useful i just don't know if i can add workers to my account and watch their work, also I'm not from english speaking country and if there was an option to change language and change the invoice(costumize it however i want and) that would be great i would use the premium but unfortunately it doesn't meet my requirement although it is an amazing app
Really love the usability of the app and its FB and IG integrations which is perfect for businesses. Although I hope you can roll out your payment options features to other countries. I'm using the pro version of this app but can't use most of its features in the Philippines. Hoping to have the option to add coupon codes in the future. I don't want to migrate to a different system since I really love Kyte but this might hinder me from scaling up my business.
06/08/2021 I really like this app, however, I'm really looking forward Options/Variations feature to be available. Adding items per their size is too much work (say I have 3 sizes per item) and I presume confusing to my customers. It's honestly the only feature lacking that's keeping me from subscribing to PRO. 02/04/2022 I still see no Options/Variations... 😥
Great app. But would be great if it display the product image in the cart also the product price should be editable price field so it is very easy to change price for all products in one go.
The data is not accurate ! Always missing stock . the monthly report always error and wrong here and there . Please upgrade the system because i've been used this apps almost 2 years.
As I said before this site is very dishonest let me explain clearly. I downloaded this app because the feed back seemed great I didn't read the bad review which was my mistake. When you purchase stock for your business and put them into kyte system if you don't purchase Kyte premium the amount of stock in the system will disappear. The option to pay later will disappear and you will have to pay for that feature. Going through the bad review I say many individuals complained about the same thing
I am extremely pleased with the usefulness of this app. My whole team finds it easy to navigate and use, even the non tech-savvy ones. The customer service staff are incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any minor issues or questions.
Love the app. One less star because i cant add different variations of the same product eg. Colors and sizes. Hope that update comes soon.
Needs more functionality, maybe for licensed users. Add the functionality to change the copyright and logo size... some small functions. Otherwise a easy to use app.
I love the App, yes but please make it to be compatible with usb Receipt printer also not only Bluetooth printers. Also, we need the desktop version
Very nice application, my all purpose for maintaining stocks, and controlling the employee using the app and adding inventory all are maintained perfectly. Hope to see the desktop version of this app soon .
Fraud Application, No customer care service, also they don't cancel your subscription when you have to cancel it. Don't subscribe with any of your payments mode.
Nice apps. Friendly user. Im using pro, But i have one problem with this, can't print the logo. I hope this will be fix

This app is excellent. Clear cut very simple to use you can create your online business within an hour. For F&B user developer need to create a remark for us to indicate table number and as for guest login still needed to key in address and mobile number which I think unnecessary the country also need to select. Some item cannot put it in sequence. Overall I rate 9/10 👍👍👍
Cons: Too heavy on mobile resources. SOMETIMES empty stock items are still listed, to which online customers can place orders. Pros: One can see a lot of planning and hard work has gone into this app. I love the reporting and analysis features, among others. Would be great if a desktop version is available for the back office functions
Customer have a hard time understanding how to place an order. Also it would be great if you could have size options for an item instead of having to load each size separately or asking to leave size in notes
Great app, but somehow customer orders didn't get sent to me and I had to offer discounts to keep the customers happy. I didn't change any settings. Now I check so many times a day on the app to make sure I don't miss an order.
Started off fine but messed up my business records and caused embarrassment as a fully online store. Records dont read accurately and not being updated. I honestly am looking into other apps to prevent these technical issues.
Kyte is a great app but the guys behind it aren't listening so I'm thinking of leaving the app once I try a new one that has well established expense. Kyte has refused to add this despite promises they would in their next update. It comes a time when optimism sounds like a lie. My star is 3 until they start listening to us.
Overall, the app is great. Its accounting system is perfect, easy to manage and the app is easy to navigate. No need to spend dollars for business to make a website. But i hope the developers would add a feature where I can put multiple photos for a single item because there are a lot of specs of my products that I need to show to my clients. Also, it would be a lot better if there were subcategories for the items. Im hoping to buy the pro version of this sometime soon. Great app!
It's a nice app for small restaurants, especially for takeout and delivery service. There are still few problems which should br corrected, and few missing options. Like Modificators in the products and that the app could be used on a laptop or desktop, so that the data entry is easier. I am still setting up the application, so that I can't tell you more as of now. I will update, once we are using it and have more experience.
Good app. The biggest problem though is the payment options. I hope they can let users define the payment options instead of having just (Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Store Credit, Payment Link and Others) There are different banks and there are several e-wallets. I hipe they come up with a good solution to this. It's been a year since I raised this but no response. This got me thinking of switching to other POS apps. Recent update even removed "Check" option which we were using. 😔
Kyte is a great app! Simple and intuitive to make orders. However, it lacks two important featurs in categorization. First, we cannot add variants under one single product which is a basic feature that every inventory management platform must have, and second, categories must have a grid view with logos of the brands which is also missing. Scolling horizontally to find a category is a bit of a tedious work. Apart from that, everything is perfect!
