Welcome to the Official POSA Outreach Mobile App! POSA Outreach is a 501c3 nonprofit organization made up of men and women who serve in law enforcement from the City of Scottsdale.
POSA Community Outreach programs benefit families in the Scottsdale and Phoenix metro areas through unique programs such as Shop with a Cop, Book'em Reading Program, KIDCARE Photo ID, and 9-11 Memorial Healing Field.
