POSB Mobile Banking

The app is fairly okay but it now needs some improvements 1. Biometric security 2. Allow screenshots after a transaction. These are now proof of payments these days hence should show complete transaction details. Currently screenshots are not possible after a transaction. 3. Show more transactions when history is requested

now I'm no longer able to log into my banking app from another device which has a different sim card because the otp will only be verified automatically to device holding the sim.Fix it as i prefer having access on 2 separate devices.

Well more improvements have to b done for app functionality so work on that as the app is not functioning well......otherwise thumbs up for the new upgraded app

this new app is saying unable to check for new app since 16/04 when I downloaded. it seems there is noone to help me. the older version was good this one is useless.

The app is user unfriendly,most of the time its not working Why do you create an app which doent work 99%of the time

The update is rubbish. Not working at all. Please rectify this as soon as yesterday!

Doesnt connect or do anything. Typical POSB .. How can am acrive company last update its app half a year ago and still counting SMH

Have reporting sevaral times that the app collapses as soon as l log on. Nobody is responding

Good day,my account number is 500000812940 i am falling up my failed transaction of 4375.27 RTGS that i swiped at Choppies Warren Park on the 29/01/2021 at 13:12:02.I submitted my Merchant letter at your Corner L.Takawira/N.Mandela branch on the 01/01/2021 up to now no feed back,i had bought grocceries for my family in this COVID 19.Save Our Souls.
