A great idea really let down by how it was implimented. I was initially excited: I have a pencil in my mouth and my sketchbook by my side but when I opened the app... there are only six figures available for free, two of which are boxes and one a sphere. The actual heads are cartoonish, angular, distorted, without realistic proportions. The paid ones are nearly $2 each. The rotation controls are fiddly as with all tablet apps. Again, this is a great idea, but the app needs to be improved some.

Great idea, mediocre and greedy execution. I'd rather pay more up front and get access to a big library than be nickel-and-dimed for each new 3D model. This app has little content, really, and every individual content addition costs at least $1; that cost adds up fast when the app releases content regularly. Stephen Silver is a phenomenal artist, but maybe not so great a businessman.

This app has a great potential. Can be improved to a great extent. If we have transparency option for each model would be awesome, help us to see the back angle too. Just like Cube has in the first row. Also a bit expensive. $1 for each is too much.

Great exploration app, thank you! I would give it 5 stars if we can add a second light source, change the light sources' colors, and allow two finger drag for rotation as well as scaling. As it is, rotation on the depth axis is fiddly.

Good, basic heads for portrait reference, however, it would be a bigger bang for your buck if you had skeletal body models.

this is the only apk that is really very helpful i m really verry thankfull ...but the reason why i m giving one star is there is one problem there is no way to link the apk with google accout .. so the problm is the pose u purchased once is only in apk and because there is no account is linked . if your apk accidentally got uninstalled then u have to purchase those pose again and that is not good there is no security of your purchase .please do something for that

Love it.The app character heads are great for learning to draw heads in proportion.Especially heads of different types.I'm already improving and its only been a few days.

Greedy. There is not a single free head to try. Even the models available for purchase are limited in number and of poor quality. Do you really expect people to pay for a cube?

Great app for practicing drawing heads from different angles. The app has shown no glitches so far and runs smoothly. Yes, the free choices for models are limited, but none of the free apps are worth the trouble of downloading them. Besides, I also don't mind supporting the awesome artists by spending a dollar for the head models I like.

Currently there are better alternative apps to this one that cost a lot less. Maybe this is a new app, and if that's the case, then I'm sure it will improve. My suggestions for improvement are 1) Make the heads modifiable. If you can do this, then your app will have a feature that others are lacking. 2) Add a neck & shoulders and make them modifiable & posable. This will help a lot with drawing busts. 3) Add arrows to rotate the head clockwise & counterclockwise.

It's just OK. Heads are uninteresting. The heads are very expensive for what they are. They just look like beginner 3d artist heads that I never would want to lean yo draw. No new heads in a very long time. Deleted

Seriously Amazing for Artists. Clearly the people who've given this app negative reviews have either used an older version or not used it at all, because this app does everything: you can completely rotate all heads 360 degrees, change which side the light is coming from, change light intensity & even do timed drawing of the heads. There are a lot of character heads to choose from, all pro 3D modeled. I'm so glad I found this app! Now I'm even more excited to take his class on Schoolism! I have just 1 suggestion: I'd love to have a Wishlist button so that I can create a list of the heads I'd like to purchase in the future, but that's a minor detail that doesn't affect the awesomeness of the app :).

It is important to say that it is not an app for everybody. It is a very good tool specific for character artists. Recommended 💯 to help you with construction and to improve your drawing technique.

I'm not paying for heads😡 why would I, i mean I can look up heads on Google and find all things I need

Excellent app for learning the head! In my opinion the app doesn't have to be any more 'technical' than this for mobile. I think it's a no nonsense app for artists. Thanks to Stephen Silver for being an amazing teacher and inspiration for aspiring artists.

It is useless! It takes forever to download! My device took an hour to download them all! 😠
