Absolutely terrible. I subscribed to digital print edition for over one year. About one week ago I could no longer receive the print edition on my mobile phone. I have spoken to four customer service reps. and chatted/e-mailed a few more. I have spent several hours trying to access the print edition to no avail. Account says active but editions do not load. Accounts do not link. Looks like I will be cancelling my subscription.
Good app. Love reading the paper like the paper. Only improvement would be to search across all editions for topics. I was trying to find articles about upcoming elections and to search one edition at a time.
This app doesn't work. After entering my Post Crescent credentials it displays an error "SSL Error hostname mismatch" and says we're sorry you must be a subscriber. I am a subscriber. It would be great to be able to read the e-edition on my tablet. Please fix this!
sometimes won't load the paper. often when turning pages, the next page is blank. sometimes doesn't load the highlighted article.
Have not been able to access the USA edition since November. When I called customer service I could barely understand the rep. She said she would forward my request to someone more technical. Never heard back. Sent an email to local PC contact. He said he was sorry abd would have someone contact me. Still waiting.
Frequently crashes, can't increase font size, sometimes won't load that days news, have to uninstall and reinstall. Terrible. Please rewrite this app!
App takes forever up to 4 minutes to load. However it does allow you to zoom in better than the old app.
Much improved with the recent update. Quicker loading. Ease in moving throughout.
Constant issues. Have to reinstall almost daily. Takes me to other papers beside PC.
I can view my local news and articles anywhere, reduces paper, yet I can print a section if I need to.
Love reading a real newspaper but when I can't this app is so convenient.
Has operational issues at times on both smartphone and tablet.
Some days it works, some days it doesn't. Security warnings are common.

Good ap for the price
A huge improvement over using my phone's browser. My only real criticism is that text zoom is still pretty small on the graphic view of the page. Easier to read the articles in text mode as a result.
Does not work well on Droid tablet, from login to page scroll. Should be scrapped till they can make it work.
Stops or jumps around quite often. Horrible
Since the recent update, this app has become even more unreliable. Often, it simply will not load. This is an old problem. But now with the update, it will often show 2 full pages on the left side instead of one when my tablet is in landscape mode. These pages are too small to read each headline to be able to know if I want to read the article. Also, sometimes when I select something on the left side, it comes up on the right side much smaller than it used to. The Post Crescent is really pushing people to view content online. This app is NOT a step in that direction.
