Garbage app and forget support@Zumper - they are useless as the app! They advised to use the mobile website to add listings... Problem is there is no feature there to add new listings. The app repeatedly says "Unfortunately Zumper Pro has stopped" every time I try to add a listing. Paid a monthly fee and 3 weeks later still haven't been able to add one listing.
This app was just okay before, now you can only see what ads you already have. 99% of the time, you cannot plug in an address to create a new listing. Get it together Zumper!
The app only lets you manage what you have listed, but not anything past that. Needs to have functionality to manage leads and responses.
Tried to verify but the code which the app sends to verify keeps failing when i plug it in and you can't activate a list until you verify.
crashes evertime i try to enter a new property address. so can't add more properties on Android phone
Pretty much a waste of space useless app... You can not manage anything past posting a listing...

Irritating glitches, unstable operations, inconsistent performance. Sq Ft field defaults to $$; can't hide and enter intersection - app freezes; repeatedly asks to verify my account - done so about a dozen times. Have emailed Zumper endless times with no resolution!
Try to contact them to resolve issues...all links on site to contact them lead to a few different emails. The auto reply saying they respond in less than an hour. I am going on 4 days with no response after numerous emails. I Googled their number, talked to a person who said I will get a response in less than 30 minutes. It has been two days with no response since then.
While the desktop/web version works great, the Android app is lacking. It fails to bring up any of your properties to review, etc. All you can do is add a new listing. Not helpful if I cannot open existing listings to send a credit application to an applicant.
I emailed the developers to report some irritating glitches and to my surprise, they actually called me to let me go into details about the issues, and voila, within 24 hours I received an email stating they had fixed the bugs and the app was ready for an update. I updated it yesterday and it's fabulous. They are on it! I guess I just never expected them to have such great costumer service, simply because this day & age, EXCELLENT customer service is harder to come by. 😊 Shout out to Brian C! Thx
Needs a way to search active listings, so I can archive them from the app and not only from a desktop/laptop.
I had tenant fill out application and there was no one to help when they got error message. I had to email them and wait for response.

Zumper pro is a no-brainer for anyone that managers/markets rental units. If you value speed and ease of use in posting your listings, this is the app for you!
I've used Zumper for awhile now and love it. Since switching to an Android, I've had to upload properties on the desktop. Now, I can go back to adding properties on the fly, which allows me to get started marketing ASAP.

Worst app. Cannot edit listings or add listings without the app shutting down on me. The second I click on the address section the app automatically quits. I sent feedback about this a few times but have gotten zero response. I'm also pretty pissed that Zumper keeps labeling different apartment numbers in the same building as duplicates. I'm absolutely furious that I can't use an app for a service that I pay for monthly. Absolute waste of my money!
