My complaint is that I subscribed to get more fonts...no new fonts showed up, or certainly a negligable amount was delivered with Premium. I go to unsubscribe and there's literally nowhere in the app for me to unsubscribe. You guys just gonna steal my money when the 3 day free trial is over???
3 stars for allowing me to use my own font. Unfortunately, I cannot save the file with transparent background which renders the usability of the app to a technical minimum.

There is a bit of a learning curve with this UI...what I have been able to accomplish looks fine but honestly I do not like the sizing process of the new project work space. Then also when adding text, the window is huge and you cannot pinch it to fit it on the work area. You must back out and rearrange the words vertically so they will even show on the screen. The app can 'try your patience'.
This app is superb. I have tried different apps that I can use to create posters for my social media platforms but I always got dissatisfaction till I found this. Thumbs up and continue the good work.
I just love this app. The huge collection in the app and also adding new themes in regular basis is something so amazing. But also sometimes the pictures does not load or some video themes does not work. If this issues are fixed then this app is one of a kind.
I like the app. It has great and user friendly UI. Easy to use with many customizable options for videos, photos, texts. But it also has several important shortcomings. 1- Text sizes need to be shown with numbers in case the user to remember the size. 2- Text line spacing also needs to be shown in numbers. 3- The app strongly needs text justification for right to left writing languages. It justifies the paragraphs in center mode. 4- Typing in that small room is not easy. The text box doesn't limit it's width automatically when the text is long. User have to hit enter in order to move text to next line. 5- It would be better if the text box was stretchable.
UPDATED Still loving this app but promised updates haven't happened yet. Once saved, they cannot be edited and I've found this be frustrating. All the posters I've created are saved as. jpg but can't be edited. Brilliant app. Easy to use and can produce excellent results! My only issue is that you can't save a work in progress to edit later or open and edit a poster you've already saved/shared elsewhere. I'd pay for an ad free, higher spec app.
After downloading and uninstalling SEVERAL apps, this one is it for me. I finally got work done for a video poster with no problems, and everyone loved it. It's very easy to use. I got the premium subscription but I wish the video would be longer than 15 seconds. If this is increased to about 25-30, then I can cut songs to suit the video.
Good application and easy to use Need some improvement like Eid Card themes and font size , bold and atalic options

I have just downloaded the app but I love the new templates am seeing, Canva currently has taken long without updating there templates so I have used most of them and I choose to look for a new app to spice up my game, I was getting bored with Canva that KS for this app,I love it,ensure continuous update of your templates ..

It's a great app for both amateurs and professionals, easier and more convenient to use than most similar apps I've used. I'll strongly recommend it for every quick-learning beginner. I love it, just that 1/100 times my original background is changed along the line and I can't fix it back. It's great

It has some great editing tools, including character styling (kerning, glow, outline)! Cool animations & editor, and great set of templates. Unfortunately, doesn't seem to give too much creative freedom - I can't create custom size pages, insta post presets r only 1:1 and 9:16, and it seems impossible to redesign from a template (can't delete unused element). 🗨️ Seems like some features like custom cover background are rare...so props to this team for making it easy~ (+1 star)
Has a lot of choices but when I saved the poster to my device it doesn't play. After changing resolution it works fine but obviously quality of picture/video is not that good. But still I think it's a really good app. More education templates should be added as well.

I subscribed to this app for 3 months but none of the template is loading or opening... Not a single one! Support needed please.
I have already tried the steps mentioned above and the issue still persists. I love the posters I can design in it, but I can't buy the pro version if it am not certain to download and use the work I do in it. This week I wasted more than 10 hours trying to get it to work.

Formally I could not add an audio clip, but now it's possible, I can do so with this previous version. It has very cool features too and amazing posters. And even with the free version you could still do a lot. This app is just the best. I recommend it to the world 🌎. Thank you.
Not a lot of variety, and lately, I can't access any of the font packs with the cool fonts. I've already clicked to download, so that's not an option now. I click on the pack and it goes back to the same, boring, unical types.
I loved the app and constantly used it. Suddenly (just a week ago) the app stopped working. It pops up this message "Download error(-1)" and does not allow me to edit, save or download anything. What happened?! 🙁 After uninstalled and reinstalled the app - the problem still remains. I don't know what to do... 🤷🏻♀️ Update: I cleared the cache and the data of the app. Rebooted my phone, but... Nothing has changed. Still pops up the same message "Download error(-1)"

Though am not that creative, but this app actually helps! With a ready beautiful/cute/cool backgrounds, i can add it with any texts (but mostly, i used it for birthday greetings for my friends!) I only used it once cuz I got it a day ago but I tell you what is definitely five stars all day even just using their templates and graphics and their sounds. I also wanted to add in here that you can use all your own backgrounds templates and sounds... A++++
