I just tried to raise a complaint regarding the way my certificate was delivered. I filled almost all the details and was supposed to add the pic / Images relating to it. When i slected the pic it kind of lagged & took to the app 1st page again. Morever it's taking longer time to load. I wished to not give even this 1 star. 😒🥵
The app is not working. Postage calculator module is asking to enter the captcha again and again everytime I click on Get price button. Also the feedback form is not working where I tried to submit this issue. Look into these bugs. Moreover check if all the modules are also working or not in this application. Or you guys just developed and delivered something without testing it.
Version 2.1 was excellent, userfriendly. Everything is developing except this app.. New version is a failure. Info is not accurate. Better option to waste time.
Horrible experience! Just downloaded the app.... It's not even opening... I have tried to open the app a several times but it just didn't open! I kept it open for more than 10 minutes! But it didn't work! Or I couldn't even see the first page! Disgusting! Gonna uninstall right now!
I installed this app just now and after completing the download properly, it's not launching. Not sure who manages the app but the experience is really poor. If you have outsourced some IT comp for this then time to change it for sure.
New update issue : The postage calculator is now become more complicated and time consuming. EMO calculator just disappeared. Earlier version was easy to use for all age groups. After the update the app takes more time to load from one screen to another. Earlier, the app was able to perform in low data speed, but the current version not seems to be like it. Postage calculating time annoys customer because of its long waiting time compared to earlier.
Need to improve the app. 1) By default, app is not opening. I have installed it and able to open it in the evening. Looks like there is an issue while starting the app. 2) If tried to login registration, the data automatically clearing itself after added few details. 3) Make sure all functions working properly. Try to update the app by resolving the issues. Many users willing to use this app.
Postinfo is very useful but in the new update there are some changes for which it becomes unnecessarily difficult for the user. e.g. PIN CODE /Post Office search, which were better in previous version but in new version it is much complicated.
Post info app is not working in my new Redmi note 7 Pro mobile. While checking PLI option, it shows as blank. But in other Mobiles, it shows the maturity calculations correctly. Please look into the matter and set right the issue at earliest.
PLI premium calculator shows blank page when calculating premium. I believe this issue is a result of updating the app or that the app doesn't support the latest version of Android. (Android pie and higher).
The new design is so clunky! 😖 The app design team needs to move forward with design language, not backward. Sad. Even the app load time is pathetic. Similarly, the new UI makes viewable screen estate inefficient.
Says Internet connection not available on phone. Ridiculous. I have a 4G mobile with a high speed data connection. Never got such a message before in any app.
Thanks for updating the app as I requested previously to know all types of premium paying frequencies i.e. Yearly, Half Yearly, Quarterly premiums (earlier it shows monthly premium only) for PLI/RPLI Policies. Another suggestion is to update the app for Postage calculation. it is always redirecting to india post website while calculating for Postage. So it requires internet connection. Please make the app useful to calculate "postage" in offline mode as available in the previous versions.
There is an issue, while making payment, it shows option to make payment for multiple months but the start date and end date is always one month gap. Due to this i am not able to pay premium for the past 3 months.
There is no "payment history" option after clicking "tools and utilities" in the app. Please look into the matter and upgrade the app so that we can make use of the app and view our "payment history" from the app rather than browsing on Google. Thank you.
Bad interface...it's not an app actually.Payment gateway hardly works. No option to automate your payment every month. please give some feature to add bank mandate so we don't need to remember premium payment every month.
Not able to use app on my device (OnePlus 7). After launching app it gets stuck on splash screen only, never proceed ahead. Tried multiple times by reinstalling the app. Also having better connectivity as well. Then too facing same issue and looks like it is device specific as I am able to install and use it on my another android device. Please fix this ASAP.
