PostNord Sweden

The PostNord app lets you track letters and parcels sent with PostNord. When a parcel is available for pickup you get directions to the service point and information on opening hours.
You get help with returns and a reminder to check that you got a reimbursement. The app makes it easier to get in contact with customer service.

PostNord is a merger of Swedish “Posten” and Danish “Post Danmark”. PostNord distributes letters and parcels over the whole Nordics. For more information visit www.postnord.se.

Twice I've experienced that the app keeps on saying I need to register before I can pick up the package. I've registered correctly, yet the app keeps saying to register with mail or telephone number. Extremely annoying when you want to pick up a package that is right there on front of you in the PostNord box. And of course support is not open after 2 pm??? grotesque!

Don't understand all the bad reviews. App is ok. Has one or 2 bugs where it won't sometimes allow you to choose between home delivery or pick up or when you select your choice it says error and doesn't save. The customer service has been great for me also and kept regular contact via WhatsApp and Facebook chat. Products have been received well packaged and undamaged.

The whole pickup boxes system does not work sometimes. It informed that the package is delived despite the box door remaining locked. The customer service is not able/willing to help. The package is sent back to the sender.

They don't even know when their own service desks are open in supermarkets. This Saturday the PostNord app told us they were open till 20:00 while in fact they closed at 18:00. Also they've had our packet on Monday but they only notified us on Friday to pick it up. When we went there earlier they denied it was there but later the app showed it's been actually there all week but they were too lazy to look for it or send a notification. They should be kicked in their bums. Ridiculous.

Most functions are on web. Chat could be webbased also, but it is in this app, so I was forced to install it. Long wait times plus phone must stay on while waiting. Poor service.

The app is very reliable, I'only had good experience with you. However I was lately asked from country I was using the app and thr lost would be limited to Denmark, Sweden an Finland. I am actually using the app in another EU country for receiving purchases from Sweden. You guys might want to extend the list of countries we potentially use the app from.

Horrible. Tried to pick up a package from a Postnord package box using this app. Of course it didn't work, app kept saying that bank-id timed out. What's wrong with using a pin-code like other logistics companies do? Count on PostNord to screw anything up :/

Not good service ,I was told that the package will be delivered 1-2days,but today is 4 day and no information yet,it was very important documents and should be delivered in time and even I paid extra ,my package still on the way ☹️ the 4 day

Finally been ably to get this app, but when I set it up there isn't a region for Norway? Is this a glitch? It's still finding my packages, which are going to my address in Oslo, but I had to set the region as Sweden 🤔

In the old version of the app one could select one's preferred language, but the new version this choice seems to have disappeared. As such it's lost its usefulness and appeal.

App tells me there is a package ready for collection. All I need to do apparently, is to register my phone number, but when attempt to do this, it returns an error saying that this number is already registered. Due to this I cannot collect my package and it will have to stay locked in the automated package box - PostNord has absolutely no idea what they are doing, what a pathetic attempt at running a logistics company.

"On it's way" since 2 weeks and no one being able to help me with knowing what went wrong. The customer service keeps telling me that they can't check the problem and that I should call the distribution center where it was last. Except that no one picks up there. Impossible to get anyone ! ( i tried 4× for an hour and a half!) I guess merry Christmas

The app works well and is visually appealing, but the estimated delivery dates are often miscalculated by the software, and parcels end up one day late.

Apps is fine by itself, but the service and customer service is bad. I got broken package. It was already OPENED and the content was DAMAGED. Tried to call, ended up waiting 30 minutes, no response, called again and lost patience after another 30 minutes of waiting. Emailed and complaint about it, after one month of back and forth they decided thats its the packaging. My question is whether any one in the world have received broken IPhone in iPhone box, boxed in another box with bubble wrapped ?

Good interface. There was a bug when updating door code and phone number. There was a message something went wrong. It was difficult to see if the information was updated or not.

This app is useful for when you have parcels or important letters to receive or send. However, unlike the 17Track and PostTrack apps, it does not provide any detailed information on the whereabouts of the incoming or outgoing mail, and lacks a link for paying import taxes and fees, but has a rather useless "buy a postcard" feature. If you want a link to pay import fees, you have to create a separate shortcut yourself. The app could definitely use some upgrades.
