Storage of each mail is free for the first 30 days, and if you need it stored for a longer period of time, you can do so for a small monthly fee and keep your home or office free from clutter.

We are proud that our recycling capabilities help to protect the environment and your identity. We understand that many financial or personal documents are confidential and must be shredded to prevent identity theft. Therefore, we offer unlimited shredding.
Mail Archiving
PostScan Mail stores the scanned images of envelopes and requested documents automatically in your account. You have free access to these images for as long as your account remains active. You can sort them into folders, attach them to emails, download them to your computer, or delete them when they are no longer needed.
Multiple Users
You can add multiple users through your PostScan Mail account, either as individuals or businesses. You can assign them a username and PostScan Mail will send them a password and access to a sub-account in which they can receive their own mail.
Filters
We help you automate online mail management on a whole new level. Our filter options allows you to automatically move certain mail items you receive into folders or even request automated operations such as scan, shred, recycle, or transfer to a sub-account.

An update, the app hasn't worked for over 3 months now AT LEAST. I'm running an updated galaxy S10 for reference. It's become a desktop online app.
Incredible service! I'm a customer is their PostScan Mail service and it was been tremendously helpful and at a great price. With this I have a proper mailing address and I receive an email with a scanned image everytime I receive mail, and if necessary I can have letters opened and scanned to me. The app can be a little glitchy not loading properly and hanging indefinitely.

Overall easy to use, but big flaw is no way to check balance of scans per moth, which is how you are billed. Seems like a no-brainer as part of the dashboard.
Absolutely great service for a very reasonable price. No more running to a USPS P.O.Box to check and see if you have mail. This service send you a notice for every new piece of mail received, with a photo of what was received. Absolutely fabulous!
I woke up all pissy and took it out on postscanmail, and they handled the situation SO WELL! I greatly appreciate the fact that they looked past my attitude and resolved the problem AND hooked me up (and even called me back when we were disconnected-my issue was taken care of by then and I was just asking a question for a friend! TOTALLY didn't have to do that!). I'm probably gonna get another mailbox now that I know that's a thing, based on this support experience. Management is great here!!!
Hassle free service that allows you the freedom to travel without the stress of missing important mail that may require immediate attention. App does not open in an Android tablet. Customer service has not responded yet (about 2 days). Mail scanning service is not fast, or at least not operating over a weekend.
You guys forced us to update the app by making the previous version unusable and now the new update won't open at all. Google play store says I'm updated to the new version but the app won't open because it says i need to update it. Infuriating!
Great service. It would be nice to have some sort of tally where you could tell where one is at on scanning and receiving limits.
Pretty awesome service. However the website has more features such as checking the weight of packages and such, would be nice to have a more robust app.

I guess it works... The scans are consistently terrible quality and I need to request a rescan.
Issues with mail NOT being scanned when requested. I've had to call multiple times after waiting as much as a week after my request.

Never worked
Their customer service is ok, but it was confusing setting this up at first. It's been 8 months and I'm still trying to understand how this works. I'm disappointed the monthly fee does not cover each piece of mail I need forwarded to my real address. I wanted to use this for all my mail, but each parcel costs $4.00 on TOP of the monthly fee to forward elsewhere. I hate that it takes up to 3 weeks to finally receive mail after having it forwarded, but at least it is a legit service.
