Problems with loading. I've had this app for months now and in the last week it will not load. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it won't open past the intro screen. Poto is no help in trying to fix it. I let them know on their Facebook but they haven't said they are fixing it.
I like the app but it doesn't let me view the calendar. I click in something in the calendar and it doesn't do anything. It goes to another screen but just goes black.
I D/L this app and it sucks, it freeze to much, also I'm a new player and don't know how to sign-up for an account it said to enter (FKC# number) whatever that mean. I wanted to contact someone to ask how do I sign up, it gave me a phycial address to write write them. I d/l this app 4 days ago and it no good. I will attempt to keep on logging in trying to figure this out if I can't I'm just going to uninstall this program
I like the app until it stopped updating all your info. First month was good and then it stopped updating offers. I still have all November offers and some of them say i did not use but I did use them.
Was receiving monthly offers in the mail. Start using this app and those stopped. App has only sent me one offer ever, which was less than half of what I used to receive by mail.
Doesn't update or keep up with players info or profile other than that it would be a awesome app. Might give it a few more weeks to see if things change !! I'd still rather have them sending my promos through the mail !!
It never updates. Still showing my promos from Oct and Nov. The app itself is updated. Can't use an app that doesn't work
Horrible. App just stopped working. I did everything to try to make it work and nothing worked, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
app used to work great. At first it wouldn't load occasionally. Now won't load at all. I even reinstalled it...still not working
It stopoed updaing my offers. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and that didn't work out. kinda pointless if i cant see what i actually have.
my app hasn't opened in about a week. just sits on the load screen. you would think with the multiple complaints they would do something to fix their app
Went to use the slot finder "feature". Clicked on show me new slots, was informed that slot couldn't be located. Seriously?
This app never opens properly. It either stops responding and closes, or immediately kicks me off.

The app stopped updating the info. It was great until that happened.
you have it for 4 weeks. then you lose it. it stays the same.i have to take it out of your phone.and wait a week to put it back in to make it work.

The very first time I and an acquaintance went to potawatomi, we arrived at 1am. I brought 300.00 . I played quite a few games and hardly ever won more than 5 bucks at a time. My acquaintance didn't do any better. My plan was to leave at 7am so I'd be home by 8am to watch grandkids. After loosing the 300 cash by 7am, i sat down at a machine and texted my wife. I then was surrounded by 4 security guards asking for my ID. Because i hadn't played in past 15 min , I was told to leave!!!!!!
the app wasn"t updating. hope they have it fixed.
Still not working as only shows home page nothing else loads.
I just updated and it doesn't let me do or see anything, it sucks, if I could give negative stars I could give it -10000
Download multiple times and still not open up
Shows all your current offers in one spot, pretty handy.
No personal promotions are showing up, but yet I get mail offers all the time. Please update the app so that it conveniently has these integrated in without having to find out late with mailers.
