I ordered 6 nightie and they delivered only 5. Don't even refund the money. Also, in app, all the materials are mentioned as cotton. But except 2, none were cotton. And the cotton ones were also of very low quality. Every item I got was a defective piece in one or the other way. No way to track the order at all. Worst customer experience. Don't use this app. Waste.
Sevices from Pothys is very good. Online shopping also very convenient and even you can pay with international credit or debit card. Most of the online sites in India don't have this feature. But the mobile application is not so good. Its not working properly. When you track your order through the app its not showing any updates. Three months after delivery its showing 'item packed'😂. And sometimes you cannot go back from app.
No doubt pothys is a reputed company established in 1923 but how big maybe a company, review count for all, if your review is bad, no one will trust you. I read about your company on net, got very much impressed but when I read review on play Store, really i stopped myself from purchasing. May be some reviews can be wrong but all customers cannot lie and this is the main reason I deleted my account, your products are best on site but review count
I used this app to order products. At the checkout paid using paypal. On return to the the App, I noticed the order has not been placed. But my money has been deducted. I have gone through paypal resolution centre to resolve this issue and got a refund of my money. I called Pothys team and found out I have to clear my cookies and then order. Now I realise they are ready to help.
Disappointing pothys online service. I was disappointed over my order online because the products were missing, later they are initiating a refund after multiple followups. Not reliable, overall experience is bad.
Worst customer service. Don't order using this app. Amount gets debited, but order is not delivered. Beware!! I have placed an order on 4th nov and still waiting for delivering with no updates from pothys. no option to cancel orders too. I recommend NOT to use this app for purchase!
app sucks really, everytime I viewed a particular product and I clicked back button to come back to the listing page, it takes me to the top of the page all the time, instead of let me be on product where I Ieft on. I have to scroll the way down to find the product, it happens everytime I move back from product page to listing page top product, which is totally annoying and frustrating.
There are no much collection seen in the App, it would be great if it could have had the recent collections, and also it would be appreciated if the brand choosing option is availed.
We all know pothys is one of the best in the segment. But unfortunately android app shop experience is not upto the mark. In some places window scrolling is not working and ui is laging . Please improve the ui part asap. It will help everyone to shop from home itself without taking any risk.
Order placed 4 days ago, no response to emails, order status doesn't change and the store doesn't know who deals with online orders. Non existent customer service. Number mentioned in the site is a board number. This is super weird and audacious!
It's not working correctly if we open the app It's automatically jumps out with out saying which is the problem and we can't even search any thing and we don't able to login either please optimise this app and fix the error
The app is not working properly. If I open the app it says kindly update the app then I click OK it says the app is already updated. The same problem appears everytime I open the app.
I tried ordering in your app. I got notification to reduce the quantity at place order. If you do not have sufficient quantity, why are allowing add to cart? Very much disappointed.
Unable to access the able. Getting popup update available and in play store update is not available. Could you fix it. This gives very bad impact for customer. And most of the ui is difficult to use the application
Made my life so easy. Wanted to purchase a nice saree for our anniversary. Was able to filter by price and color and choose the one I really liked. Simple and neat app.

I have purchased pothys gift voucher from my rewards point HDFC credit card. But there is no option in your app to redeem my coupon... what to do with that . kindly resolve my issue as that will get useless for me
Worst app. Lot of bugs and I don't know how pothys developed this poor app. Not at all recommended and I successfully uninstalled the app from my phone. Congratulations for the developers who developed this buggy app.
Need Improvement quick delivery for local orders in all time. I placed order on 3rd november2020 order no ORD_26908. Still not received on my ordered items. Customer care number not responding. I paid through online. But very fraud the app. I do not expect reputed company. So dont go pothys online. ☹☹☹☹
No realtime update on orders... The numbers given for online order tracking are simply useless, no one is picking the calls..
it's only browser, u just go pothys online in your browser, u get the same shopping experience in this app, No Price Low to Hi filter, No sort list.
The apps are still not tested properly.. After opening the application.. The apps completely freezes
I love to buy trendy collwctions. I was surprised when i visited pothys, Pothys had great collections which are unique. my opinion is Brand and quality is available in pothys alone.
Very worst app. I searching for kids but it's showing girls saree selection. I tried to filter and searching but no luck. Totally waste app.
Really Worst. My order no is 23394, i have ordered at 24th october and the estimated delivery says , the order will be delivered by 30th october. But, still now the status is 'Ordered', no progress in it. I dont know, whether il get my order or not. Please, look into it. If you promise something, better do it. No fake promises pls.

Typical issues - pinch to zoom na. If you view a product and go back to the search page it lands on top of the page and not on the last product seen. Cart does not show the image of item chosen, instead gives image name, what's annoying is no hyperlink to identify where to click to view the chosen product, price mismatch between price while viewing a product and when it's on the cart. User experience has scope for improvement, UI testing needs improvement
