Easy to order. But lack of essential features like 1) viewing ordered items 2) complaining or feedback feature against the delivered order 3) once order was cancelled by the staff , the items goes back to cart with the item quantities reset to 1. And, i have reordered after cancellation by the staff, i am finding unrelated items delivered. Need to verify
Online shopping actually very useless one as far as we do with Pothys. I prepared the list of goods on 26/3/2020. After listing I was not allowed to check out and confirm my order. Then a message came that I will be able to order only on Monday. Today again prepared the list and I was not able to check out. Actually it has wasted my valuable time.
Its such a dump! What kinda software is it. Its asking me to fill my cart upto 50,000 for checkout. Atleast fix your bugs before letting your customers use it. Really unsatisfied during quarantine !
Frequent crashing For the sake of your good name atleast please fix the bugs in the app.. nobody has the whole time in the world to sit and stare at blank screens and loading icons

If you're not delivering, then shut down the app. Why is it still up? Why do I need a minimum of order of 60,000 rupees to check out? Am I buying the whole shop?

In my view This app is found totally useless for the current situation as no orders being accepted.
When i selected fruits worth of ₹ 250, the app asks me to select ₹ 59,745 worth of goods for checkout! Is this a mockery from Pothys towards customers ?
Since Friday they have been saying that from Monday onwards they will accept orders....today is Tuesday...no sign of accepting orders......I presume they are talking about next Monday....huge opportunity to build a customer base at a critical time...just goes wasted
Why is the app is asking for a minimum order of ₹1,50,000/-? During a crisis, Pothys is completely useless
Are you serious? I have to place an order for 1.5 lakhs to get home delivery? Your app team needs to get their act together, if you are to serve people during this crisis.

App is not user friendly. Poor performance app. Page layout is also not good. Once the order is submitted, we can't see the order Info anywhere. If we want to make any changes in the order, there is no option to update it. I didn't realised the order is going to submit when I opt delivery option. My info is also not visible anywhere in the app. Page layout and alignment needs to be improved. Very poor app I have ever seen.
