I would give this app more stars. But the reason why I'm giving it three stars that it won't let me use my Smart truck route navigation at all or any other navigation. it automatically goes to the hours of service page and stays on it. I don't want to look at the remaining hours I have. is there any way it can be fixed where I can use my navigation.
Has access to everything on your device. photos, camera, etc., and is always running in the background, even when you shut it down via the 3 corner dots of the app. Only install this in the truck's device...
i installed this app...it crashed all my running apps, phone had to reset then it installed 56 photo albums with over 1000 random photos on my phone. all photos and albums come right from the pedigree app. deleted...and fixed my phone.
Constant crashes Starts on duty even when off duty personal conveyance
Always updates when you have poor service. Takes forever. Slow running and doesn't work the same everyday. Always a new adventure with it.
I have to uninstall and reinstall every few days to keep working properly. When I get a new message it Jack's it up and can't see any messages. Uninstall is all I found that worked.
As an owner operator. Not having to log in every stop as off duty pc or risk being thrown into on duty driving as well as when on duty not driving but need to pre trip which requires a brake test with movement effectively resetting my timer on the pre trip is a ridiculous nuisance
Tries to launch for over an hour. App will not clear , blocking log change screen.
Excellent except the truck becomes disconnected quite a bit when you're sitting in the truck with the app on and open!
I've used their system and its the worst one any time I would call for help the answer I would get nothing we can do. All they care is sell the 3 year contract or less is to make a business stop by their place on ND I heard tech telling to other companies nothing we can do. Just avoid this company.
i need to get on the road and this thing wont let me log in till i update but the update is pending 30 later.
junk. Always have to certify past logs more than once!
It takes pictures witch ends up in my photo gallery and they be stacked by the 100s
App Frequently disconnects while driving but other than that workes great
Glitches out and always freezes up or as a pop up

Was a rough app in the beginning but is now a much more reliable app!
I have to keep deleting it because it won't let me do anything else on my phone even if I'm off shift.

Great company, really supports their drivers
Works as indicated on Google Pixel phone. I use it to remotely check my ELD HOS logbook, which saves me a trip to my truck. It has not crashed yet and does run in the background over all over apps so when I don't need it, I revoke the privileges but when I need it, it prompts me again which I then easily accept and can use the app again.
