The government is committed to supply seamless electricity to every house in Bangladesh. To achieve this, the government is working consecutively in maintaining quality service. MPEMR has established a central control center for consumers to communicate with the right authority for any inconvenience. Using this app, citizens now can submit their complaints or suggestions directly to the Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources. The concerned authority is dedicatedly available to take care of each issue they receive and resolve it within the shortest possible time.
