Power 20 apps consist of plyometric and body weight movements you can do at home without any equipment. Each workout video is about 20 minutes long and is designed to enhance strength, endurance, balance, and muscle tone. The movements used in Power 20 are similar to those used by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) when testing the efficacy of bodyweight movements.

WHAT IS HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING? High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves brief, high-intensity movement followed by brief periods of rest. HIIT workouts can be more effective than 30 or 60-minute workouts. Power 20 is a form of high intensity interval training.

Good app, I like it . However the ring sounds are not consistent , sometimes I cant tell if the exercise has ended without looking at the screen. The calendar does not highlight the number of days I worked out even if it says how many days I did.

No matter which skill level you choose, you get a total of one workout. Just one. It's the same one every time. To unlock the rest, you have to get the paid version. If you guys had unlocked two or three different workouts, I'd use you; as it is, I can do more by just brainstorming my own circuit at home and downloading a timer that will automatically run my work and rest times. Thanks, but no thanks. I'll be uninstalling.
