Not bad good if your unsure what to do. I use it as I wake up and go straight to the gym before work. As its 05:30 this easy to follow 20 min work out is ideal. Gets me in a little sweat and heart rate up. An in the gym option where it could tell you to go on a minute run or something would be ideal.

Great app overall. Only con is that some exercising are not balanced in terms of workload per targeted region and reps aren't geared towards any specific goal (endurance/strength/mass). With a little tweaking this could be a 5 star app.

My teenage kids and I do it together. It's easy to motivate them for just 20 minutes and we have fun doing it. It's a great place to start on the road to healthy living.

Not too tough at easiest level but does get you puffing. Easy to follow the animation. Love it
This makes getting a workout in so easy. Great for me because I needed to crosstrain with running because of injury.
This workout is great. The multiple levels and variable workouts provide a continuous challenge. I especially love the fact that it requires no equipment which means you can do it anywhere and anytime. Great for those who travel and don't even have access to a hotel gym.
Good for vacation and hectic times when the gym might not fit so well in your schedule.

Great app to take the guesswork out of strength training and allow you to have an effective and efficient workout! I'm fairly fit, so I always use weights in conjunction with appropriate activities. I also usually do plank during the break periods to up the difficulty level. Thanks for a great addition to my workouts!
