App just stopped working, picked up my phone one day and open the app in my beds entry just was no longer there. I've tried everything I know to get it back and I can't. And Bob's makes damn sure there are no instructions anywhere online for this. I don't know why they are so allergic to information about their products getting out to consumers. This app appears dead.
Useless! The bed constantly disconnects from the App to the point that is impossible to use it. I tried 2 phones and 1 tablet with the same results. There is no help guide for tha App either.
App doesn't work. Won't connect to bed. The app won't pair with bed keeps telling me that I have to have the app to pair. Worst app I have ever used.
I think the word you're looking for is "adjustable" and you capped every word except bed. Might want to cap that too
Can program cellphone but not the remote i replaced the batteries and the remote control doesn't work now other than that the bed is fine
Doesn't work and either does the remote. Another high quality Bobs product. Buy somewhere else!!
It definitely helps but whenever the system doesn't work your bed is stuck
This app was as useless as the furniture company Its just a screen with a grey circle that says REFRESH and doesn't do anything
Works perfectly. Built-in owner's manual is a great touch.
The other option was to buy another remote for the bed. I give it 5 stars do the math

App is dead. Does not show my bed on the screen, uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing. Worked fine until maybe a month ago
The app stopped working for the 2nd time. Uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly, still, bed not displaying
Cannot raise/lower foot of bed with the app, keeps switching to Head whenever up or down arrows are pressed. Only raises and lowers Head, and returns to Home position when Home is pressed, haven't bothered to try anything else with this app.
The app works great with my Samsung 8S Plus. Smooth operation and a couple of useful presets. So far no issues.
Works great on older Android devices. Works on my S8. Upgraded to a S9 and it no longer works. Still works on an older tablet and s8.
A little wonky but works great. Really useful.

Since the new update of Oreo on my phone app no longer works.
I can use my phone as a second remote control for the bed if my wife accidentally leaves the remote on her nightstand and is sound asleep. Other than having to reconnect my phone to the bed, which takes only a few seconds, each time I open the app, it works great!
