Know limitationsSome phones have very inaccurate accelerometer. If you feel that showing decimals is unnecessary you can limit measurements to integers from application settings.

Really helpful...
First time I really needed this and it seems to be broken for me. The bubble won't move at all. Tried to calibrate few times, but it just does nothing. Even screen orientation is not working. (About year ago it worked just fine with my Cat S50)
I rate this app with 2 stars because it's not showing correct. After recalibration it's still at +5 grades... Also when you calibrate the bubble it should ask you to place the phone on a horizontal surface and than calibrate to 0 grade. Sorry guys but you have to work more on calibration data. I tested it on a Lenovo S series.
The developers of this app have volunteered their educations, their individual talents,& their selfless natures, to provide us with a useful device not only for free, but, for once, with no strings attached! I, for one, have a need for it, but not the time nor expertise to develop one of such high caliber. Yet, they have graciously given US the choice of eliminating ads for free, and choosing whether or not to donate. I hope anyone who installs this app will donate $15, the cost of buying one from a store.
It is sad that it doesn't feature auto calibration... Where it scans and asks you to turn it 180deg and scans again to find the center. Btw thats how you check a real spirit level's accuracy on the shop floor before purchase. I like the fact that you can disable ads.
I measured an angle of 26 degrees, I took some dimensions so that I can verify it on AutoCad. Turns out the angle was 17 degrees. If you want to use it for measuring angles then I suggest you look for another app as this one does not work.
Installed on both my Google nexus 4 and 10 and both say a known angle of 45 deg is almost 60 deg making it useless.
Great little app :D not too heavy, and looks lovely. ashame the my phone back isn't flat.
Measured 6 degree shim as 8.8 degrees repeatedly. Clinometer app measured correctly at 6.0 degrees on same phone. Needs Work
Easily the best Spirit level apply. I tried several and none were as accurate or as easy to use and certainly not as good looking as this one.
Sero 8, model E2281, Android 4.4.2, kernel 3.0.36+. Much more stable than the last level I tried. Nice graphics and easy calibration. Plus I find I really like the beep on level feature. Ads are unobtrusive thus far. Great app. Recommended.
Used to work great. Now says unable to open and stops. Tried uninstalling and installing. Same thing :-(
Best I've seen as it shows the degree of tilt and beeps when you're level. Plus, it's great looking.
Didnt even load up once after installation on my z3. Don't waste your time.
Totally not calibrated. I downloaded to hang a picture. Stood back and looked, the picture was not straight. Got a REAL level, and indeed, it was not level.
Quite an intuitive interface and beep sound tells you about alignment made perfectly. Works flawlessly.
While using the app, my phone goes into vibration mode and stays that way after exiting the app. (GS5)

Very handy to have,I downloaded for a home job,I COULDN'T FIND MY LEVEL, this saved me from buying another.
If I wasn't a starving undergrad, I'd donate! This app is well designed and functional. I'm running a Sony Xperia TL 30, and have had trouble with apps that use the accelerometer in the past. 5 *s, and best wishes to these fine programmers!
An audible indicator when leveling is helpful. Accurate once device is calibrated. Calibration function requires that you press and hold, which prevents accidental activation, which is an issue on some other apps.

This worked well on my moto g until I upgraded to lollypop. Now it crashes on startup....
Checked against a protractor and is up to 15 degrees out. Fine for level or 90º
But its free...haha. smooth, accurate, reliable. Tried many others, they all would get stuck at the zero mark and needed a tilt of at least 2deg to get the bubble functional again. This doesn't, and the UI is superb as well. Motorola Defy, Miui 2.2.10
Installed it because of the good reviews. Crashes every time I try to open it. Reinstalled it twice. Still won't work.
As being in the appliance service business, sometimes customer needs to see immediately for themselves whether a unit is plumb. They may not want to wait for me to get my expensive from the truck.
