Power E*TRADE - Advanced Trading

Market data lag upon every startup if this app is getting really annoying. If you open the app and move around too fast, you'll be forced to close the app and reopen in order to get the market data information to show. I can't believe how slow and long it takes to load the options/market data information. There are FREE brokerage apps that can do it faster. Please fix or else I'll be forced to move my portfolio to another brokerage

Please add a buy sell overlay right on the chart display like you had on the original etrade app. Very useful to be able to buy right on the chart screen for quick trades. Also would be great to add the option to instantly buy at the current price with just the click of a button on the chart screen. Also some different background colors would be nice. Like a dark gray. Also if I want to sell individual parts of a position I can't. I have to log in to the site to be able to expand my position

A bizarre app. Does NOT display any OPTIONS CHARTS. I have to use the basic E-Trade app to display those charts. When I flip between the two apps I have to log out and log back in each time I go between each. This is a total pain in the keister. It's all the more bizarre since the pro app is supposed to have been built upon the options trader platform E-Trade purchased a couple of years ago.

This app is very annoyingly buggy. The problem is on the trade screen if you want to enter any number for limit order it doesn't work. Let's say you want to limit order to buy something at $100. When you type 1 then then 0, it only shows 0. No matter how many digits I type, only the last one is registered and everything else just vanishes. Forget trading options with this APP. Can' type anything with decimal point in the middle for the same problem. This truely sucks. I have an IOS device and it works fine over there but doesn't work on Andorid. I am using Pixel 6.

Trail stop does not work with paper trading. How can I learn where to set it in the real side if it doesn't work with paper trading? I was up $1200, but because the trail stop didn't work, I'm only up $750. I watched it blow through the stop over and over again. Fix it!

Won't work. Took developer advice and the app still won't open. It suddenly stopped working. Cleared cahlche on App store and App itself. Neither resolved the issue.

Most of time Its a good app, decent, app, in out smooth.BUT then THERE ARE STRANGE ANNOMALIES AND GLITCHES that have ruined trades and when you loose $ because of a glitch and it happens more times then probable. I call fish.

One of the best mobile apps to daytrade with out there!... Very user friendly, very fast command and with orders, love the charting. Great 👍 app!!!

For about a week now this app and web platform has had issues with its charting, and as a chart trader its becoming unacceptable. I am now missing an entire trading days activity on my candlestick chart. Please fix this! Better experience so far, however using my S7 Samsung tablet I can not utilize the landscape mode. Any solutions?

ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS APP. Stupidest app EVER! Every time l leave the app for 2 mins to look at a decent chart, read an article, check an email... have to log in again. 50 times a day! And yes, l have settings set to keep me logged in for 4 hrs. I've tried feedback from the app before and got no response. Tried again through developer contact, auto reply says send feedback from app. PATHETIC! 😡😡😡

Recent update is a big disappointment. Previously, I could sign-in using fingerprint authentication. When I try to reset, an error message announces that my phone isn't capable. Obviously not true.

charts have been loading half the time recently, with fingerprint i wish it wouldnt prompt for totp, makes it difficult on phone to get the totp key.

Great app, need to add outstanding share to quote detail because I have to go somewhere to look for this info.

This app isn't friendly to my Android phone! I can't get notifications and net value of my accounts but I could on old app! I can get them on the website but not here! Very discouraging and u ruined a good thing for some users! I guess I LL look at moving 1.5 million to a financial institution who's app supports my phone! Very disappointed that my wife's iphone gets it but my Android doesn't! Oh well! Just business!

This new app is terrible. Not user friendly at all. I can't see the watch list without logging in. Too many screens to navigate through to find what I'm looking for. No way to use the old version appears to have been by design so the new software can track everything you do with your device. Disappointed and unsatisfactory experience. May need to take my business elsewhere.

Very risky. This app stops working in times of high market activity. So right when you need access to your charts, information, and funds you may be stuck staring at a spinning wheel on your screen. Last time the market slid my app completely lost connection. I had to open a web browser just to see the tickers for the major indexes. I've spent an hour on the phone trying to see if this will be fixed but gave up after an hour on hold. I'm currently shopping for a more reliable platform.

This is the way to go. Very intuitive for an app. I can tell these devs knew what they were doing in the design of this app. I love the options section. So easy and yet full of detail where you need it. I have one complaint. The live action scanners need to be customizable for price size, volume, things like that and you need to able to filter the scanner from highest to lowest for a particular data point. When I search for unusual premarket activity, I need to see relative volume numbers, etc

Terrible! The format is primary at best and not user friendly at all. I wanted to cancel as soon as I created the account. Cannot even figure out how to stop the transfer of funds to it. I tried to send them an internal note to cancel everything. That was even hard to find and I'm not confident they will process my request quickly. There are much better platforms. I shouldn't have listened to acquaintance's recommendation.

There are some SERIOUS issues with the app. I've been using it for over a year but am seeing some real problems lately. Examples: on a particularly rough day on the market, my 'daily performance' in the app was showing a daily loss of $4,100. But, the ACTUAL daily loss was $1,800. A MASSIVE difference. ARKG ticker was showing $100.51 when the ACTUAL price was 105.73 (verified with multiple platforms). E-Trade FIX THIS APP! Decisions are being made using erroneous data from this app.

Finally! Power etrade for mobile! Definitely needs some testing. But I am truly impressed how you have the scanners and legit charting here. I would be curious to know if I can add my custom built scanner from the pc version into the mobile app. And also, there is no pivot point fibonacci indicator to pop into the chart. Overall I love it from first glance.

Since mid-December this app has been on the fritz. If there is no fix soon I will be closing my account & switching to a different brokerage. The app is no longer allowing me to log on, unless I attempt to log on over & over until it finnally does. It takes forever to load watch lists and charts. The app is taking an extremely long time to place orders. The candlestick charts are almost never accurate as well. PLEASE FIX!! Called twice this morning for help, 20 min hold times no pick up!

Overall its is a good app, some strange things occur when futures trade in overnight, ie Watch list lose some of the contracts you have saved. Its very frustrating to have to reload many of the key contracts in the morning. Whats strange, is it seems so random as to when it happens or what contracts are deleted, almost as if someone is doing it on purpose.

Etrade has a great abilities especially when it comes to the executions, however, their tools are not as good as their name. Two separate mobile app for what reason? It's really frustrating switching between these two to get overall information about the company and for 1 minute chart. Level 2 is not detailed like Pro, Slow and freezing charts that needs refreshing to appear, watchlists doesn't update automatically, watchlist notes in Pro is not accessible , extended hours doesn't update, and...

I was going to be more critical until I noticed it was still in beta. That being said, while I do occasionally use the desktop E-Trade applications, I end up charting with a different online software and placing orders here. It's definitely a cleaner interface than the last app but needs a lot of work. I would like to see account balance chart over time, options price chart, statistics for my account, better price and volume data, etc. I refer to other "gamefied" apps often for more info.

Can you please provide reporting? P&L especially for options would be really helpful after being sold. Performance area is a good start, but amounts are misleading and don't help much by themselvers. We need a consolidated view for option symbols to see break even, gains losses, num of contracts, etc. Also, see popuo message at the top of the app many times that it can't get quote information even though I'm on steady WiFi. the limit price is automatically set for new trades when you start them. if you change the limit price to what you want, on the preview page the limit didn't actually change. it stays at the default limit. I've traded positions at the original limit even after I changed it, when trying to trade quickly on the phone. this is a HUGE HUGE bug and has cost me. it needs to be fixed immediately. you need to preview the order go back and change the limit price again (sometimes 2-3 times) then make sure

Great so far. Temporarily halted purchase of certain shares which was a slap in the face to me, but it didn't last long. Charts have difficulty loading at times but eventually come up with a refresh. Lags to an extent during heavy market days. Once you get your screens set up to your preference, navigating is great. Customer service is very good.

This app is awful. Mostly because real-time quotes are inaccurate and things freeze constantly where the chart and true price doesn't match what the quote says. This is a problem with their servers as this happens with the online platform as well. The inaccuracies and failures to update in real time have caused problems for me. On occasion with the online platform sending orders will hang and you have to reload losing your window on a scalp,losing money. Moving to TOS

I've been using the paper trading feature to practice eventually day trading on your app. Today, my limit orders are not executing, no matter what price I set. Only market orders are executing. This is concerning. It doesn't inspire confidence in real trading if I can't close my open trades at the price I want on the same app that I would be using to day trade, if it were real money.

Slow! My portfolio balance and option quotes load slow. Always getting unable to connect error. $123.50 month for real-time quotes? Update: Was able to get free real-time quotes, now I can close my webull account. But still getting connections errors and slow loading portfolio.
