This App has always been reliable, dependable and easy to use. User friendly and has a nice simple design.
Not as user friendly as on a pc. Unable to add payees even tho I should be able to. However, I do love the convience of depositing checks even tho it doesn't always recognize a perfectly good picture of the check.
Full service app with all I need to do many facets of banking at great convenience!

This is a great banking app. Very easy to use. I like it because I am not tge greatest with technology. I am able to do mobile check deposits and can handle most everything through my phone.
It does not inform you enough about payments. Neither does it provide a way to cancel a lost or stolen credit card nor order a new one.
Only thing you can't do with this app that I have found so far is that if you have already configured external transfer setup you cannot utilize this feature on the app
easy and intuitive. Love the ability to get my balance from vendor. Adding the bill due date would be a value add.
Been a big help since the bank is a great distance. A few things you are not able to do on here, but simple day to day tasks and checking on deposits are convenient.
I love the bank and the card and the employees that work with this bank awesome job keeping your people happy and safe it has a unique set up when you wanna do things but it's worth it and also to keep you and your information straight
Only problem is that sometimes when depositing a check the app logs me out for "inactivity" even though I just logged out. Other than that, very good app.
Taking pictures of the checks to deposit needs great improvement When using mobile deposit with other banks picture taking is a beeze
It us easy to do the transfer between accounts on the phone application. this make it easier to pay your bills.

Would be 5 stars but the deposits have a limit on mobile app so o have to wait to go to the bank to make deposits.

Works well and easy to access information
So helpful and easy to use. I do have trouble using the picture deposit feature. Hands shaky, can't get pic. Usually just give up and drive to deposit.
