This application allows you to set of map the YZ450F 2018-2020 / YZ250F 2019-2020 / YZ450FX 2019-2020 / YZ250FX 2020 / WR450F 2019-2020 / WR450F 2019-2020 GYTR kit / WR250F 2020 / WR250F 2020 GYTR kit equipped with CCU (*1) through a smartphone.
Modify the settings of two maps (*2) to fit rider preferences, course layout, weather and surface conditions.

(*2) In a Fuel Injection system, information about the riding environment and the machine's operating conditions is provided via various sensors and then used to calculate and deliver the optimal amount of fuel to the engine. These calculations are governed with a Fuel Injection map and Ignition timing map.
With this application you can do...
･ Mapping
There are maps for Fuel Injection and Ignition timing. Each of these maps has a Value window, where 16 values (4x4) can be changed, and a Position window, where the values for the y-axis (throttle opening) and the x-axis (engine rpm) can be adjusted.
･ Race Log
Recording an archive of information for each machine, like weather and track conditions during the race or practice sessions, or machine setup details.
･ Monitor
Showing real-time information about the machine connected.
･ Maintenance
Understanding and managing the maintenance status.

Love the app! Makes it so easy with all of your data stored in the one place and easy to read Only request, can you have an option to send notifications to the phone when you reach the hours that you have set for the service intervals. Id love it if my phone let me know that it was due for an oil change or something as i dont use the app every ride
Found the cure! For anyone struggle bussing on getting the app to communicate with the bike, shut off your mobile data!! I can connect to the wifi but the app wouldn't communicate with the bike. First I thought it was that the connection was set as metered, so I set to unmetered. Didn't make a bit of difference. I can sometimes read the maintenance numbers or live data and other times the app would have nothing. Shutting of data has proven the winner for me! Hope this helps!
Good app works well . Only thing missing in the Mainantance section you should be able to save a log of when the maintance is done and what exactly was completed. Like a service history log you and put details down. Would be good if ever going to sell the bike have the full history saved there when every you restart the timers.
Works great. I've tuned both yz450f and yz250f (both map 1 and map 2). I wish my 450f could have two maps like the 250f for different conditions on race day. Otherwise, it works great. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is due to the fact none describes what each function does. It's hard to try custom tuning when you have no idea about whether to advance or retard the fuel injection or ignition timing. More expansion there would be huge. All in all I love the app.
The android 9 software will not work with the app. I have an s8 and can not get the version 10. An S9 phone with version 10 worked fine. Seems like the app needs updates for Android software version 9 which many older phones will only allow. Please help, access to my bike is gone.
Very good app for tuning engine maps and keeping log for bike maintenance. I would like to have an possibility add more maintenance notes. There are only 3 notes and 3 service counters. I hope you keep developing this app further because there are lots of potential in it.
Amazing. One of the top 5 best things to ever happen to Motocross. This changes everything. Exactly what kids want and desperately need. I'll only recommend bikes that come with this incredible technology.
I have an s10+This app does not work with android 12! What the hell yamaha, fix your app.
Just bought a new bike compatable with the tuner app and it does not work as advertised, VERY disappointed to say the least. Hopefully this problem is fixed soon. You can do better yamaha!
Same as Matthew Venn...v3 times out instantly when trying to upload maps (2020 WR450F), so it looks like I'm stuck with the running in maps for a while...thanks Yamaha!! I'll be looking at another manufacturer, with better backup, when it comes to buy a 2021
works fairly well, had an issue where settings will change after you back out of the editing menu and you'll have to redo your changes.
Great app, but, could we get an app update for android 9? It will not push maps or read any engine data after android 8. Otherwise amazing app, just missing support for the latest version of android.
Stop working since update, connects but no live data from bike. Was ace before. Galaxy J6. Need this fixed asap please ..........App updated July 9th, still not working fully. Maint schedules, batt volts and water temp live but no engine speed or throttle position still. C'mon Yamaha get it sorted
I regularly have issues connecting to the bike. One day it's fine, the next, it's impossible to connect.
Great idea but sadly it doesn't work. I recently bought a 2020 WR450F and I can connect to the bike. I can see the bikes hours, basic info and receive the 2 stock maps but i can't send any to the ecu. Please fix yamaha.

I have a 2022 yz450fx. I typed in the wifi password for the bike and I'm able to go into the App and see my hours. But it's not letting me upload maps to the bike. It's saying connected with no internet! I am not sure how to upload maps if it keeps saying connected with no internet. I'd like to upload and try the maps out on my bike but it's not allowing me to. Please fix this!
