Poweramp Media Shortcuts
This is a simple application that allows you to add shortcuts to Poweramp's music controls.
You can add a shortcut for previous song, next song, and toggling playback.
The main reason this was developed was to replace the media controls provided by CarHomeUltra, as per screenshots above, their media controls emulate generic headset buttons which was a bit slow for Poweramp, so this uses the Poweramp API instead.

I am using this to help replace Car Home Ultra as these apps do not work so well with Lollipop. Would be nice to have larger buttons, but not a big deal. Works very well with PowerAmp, exactly what I was looking for.

The only thing I'd like to see included are more shortcuts (stop button, shuffle, and repeat for instance). Other than that.... does what it supposed to.
Synchs great with Poweramp. Lucky to find, never knew it existed.

UPDATE SO I CAN TRY,, SEEMS TO MANY PROBLEMS WITH OTHER REVIEWS,,, SO NO UPDATES MEANS NO FIXES HAVE BEEN MADE,,,

I rate 3 stars in recognition of hard work and efforts to b fair and mindful in part due to time expense and opportunity costs. Sadly its not working for me, Note II rooted stock 412, latest installed poweramp paid version. Hope developer take note and do something plz.
