the app is working something better, but response from the department like snail, i complined 2 times through app & one personaly to change the service line due to avoid dangerous situation to public, but still no response.
Very useful app to make online ppoayment and needed to include some more payment options like Google pay, phone pay or other payment wallets
Very useful..Please add an option for seeing dues and advance payment

Request to circulate the updated POWERLAK Services App among the Electricity Consumers in Lakshadweep. Please share on dweep fb groups. You can pay your bill any day from 1st to last but 4 days of every month.
Alhamdulillah, Thanks for this app. Atlast v the people of Lakshadweep also have an app for something related our Islands. It wil help a lot coz go through website of Lakshadweep was taking too much time n data. Now its easy.

Good but still you could improvise it a lot more so as to make it more effective & user-friendly. I've not used it but with what I've tried it out, i felt that there should be a user login to maintain privacy. Another thing is that you could place an update link within your app itself rather than asking the customer to search for the updates from Google Play Store. Maybe once i use it further, i could come along with more suggestions on it...
