Powerlifting App
This is the premium version of "Powerlifting App".
"Powerlifting App" combines several commonly used Powerlifting and strength tools in an accessible and simple to use format. The tools included with this version are:
Banned substances search,
Wilks calculator.
One rep max calculator,
Max reps calculator (2,3,4,5,6,8,10,12),
Weight plate calculator.
Non-competition Weight plate calculator.
Exclusive to premium:
RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) calculator.
both standard Wilks and Age adjusted Wilks calculator.
One rep max calculator saves the last 6 calculations for quick access and comparison.
RPE calculator also saves the previous 6 calculations.
Plate calculator tells you which competition plates to use in text format as well as the animation.
Wilks calculators both save the previous calculations, with the standard calculator saving the previous 6, and the age adjusted calculator saving 4 (This is down to screen space on most devices).
All the tools included with the premium version are persistent as long as the app is running, you can switch between tools within the app and the current data you are working on will not be lost!
Notes
Banned substance search tool will return up to eight substances containing the search term. For less options, please use a more precise search term.
Plates can also be calculated using LB. Simply select LB on the main menu (This only works with the non-competition calculator).
The competition weight plate calculator assumes you are using 2.5KG collars and a 20KG bar.
The KG Non-competition calculator assumes a 20KG bar and negligible collar weight and will calculate using only 20, 10, 5, 2.5 and 1.25 KG plates.
The LB Non-competition calculator assumes a 45LB bar and negligible collar weight and will calculate using only 45, 25, 10, 5 and 2.5 LB plates.
