There customer service is so great and this app is so reliable. Unlike some other electricity app where you call and get your recharge card exhausted. You can easily chat up the customer service and have a conversation,and they reply instantly

Quite easy to install and make payment. Was able to utilize the app and effect subscription within few minutes. It's a good one! 👍

This App is actually d best so far to buy your units of electricity. I had a power outage unexpectedly yesterday and I tried several other Apps, which failed. To my amazement, I registered for this App immediately, bought units and got my token within seconds. Very good App for all electricity consumers. Just make a trial and you will be more convinced.

I gave 5 star because this app isVery exceptional in it's services, I urge you all to use this app it's very helpful, my light went off today 3rd December 2021 and I needed to iron, I just put picked my phone and with power light I recharged my meter within 5minutes without calling anybody or stepping out of the house. This app means that Nigeria can be great again. Thank you to the inventor of powerlight it's up to time and very easy to use and reliable. Thank you once more.

I give it a 3 stars because it doesn't show how much unit you were given. please bring it to the first page after payment check ✅ please fix it or point me to where I can find it. Other than that,I love the app,it was easy to use and I really liked how the app looks when you open it up👍🏽.

Bad experience. My first PHED prepaid recharge was unsuccessful but I got debited. I've been waiting for 3hrs now and the customer hasn't been able to resolve the issue. Very poor service!!😔😔

I have been using serveral other app to subscribe for power but coming across powerlight has been a unique bus stop for my prepaid subcrition 247. The app is easy to us, no unneccesary network issues & a unique customer service. Powerlight! electricity 247.

This app is the best, this is my first time giving an app review, I used the app in the night.. times I needed help and scared I wouldn't get my electricity bill token.. I could access a customer care agent in an active chat right in that app, she was very polite and very quick with her responses. This app deserve more than 5 stars.

Their service is so reliable and I love their customer service too, I chatted them up once when I had a little challenge and i got an immediate response, the lady who replied me was very polite too that's why am rating with 5 star.

Bad Experience! I just did my first transaction on dx app now, it was unsuccessful but I was debited, av bn told to wait and av bn waiting since..

Do not make use of the power light app made a transaction 11th January till date no response , the contact support reads my messages but doesn't respond.

This is sooo frustrating, since I downloaded the app I have not been able to do anything on it. Taking forever to load, thought it's network but was wrong cos I just tried it now and still the same. The online agent (oyinda) really helped but it's a pity I have to uninstall this app and be going to the nearest nepa office for fast and easy purchase 🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶.una do well.

I tried this and had to chat with customer services to complete my transaction. Tina was exceptional. I got my token immediately. Definitely not buying through my bank ever again as 5hrs since I paid for token I still have not gotten it.

Its so good and nice having powerlight as my new way of paying bills such as electricity and other bill, no delay, no lost, no risk and less charge and remember it also reduces queue. I love this App so much.

Very nice, keep it on,but my thinking is that,the bill transaction will enter the meter, instead of typing the number on the meter screen,,......pls am all hears for enlightment.

Very easy to use. Never worry about being stranded at odd hours: both day & night, workday or weekend you can recharge your metre anywhere all by yourself.

The app is ineffective, it couldn't recharge at all displaying "Metre number incorrect or service Down." Therefore, I rate the app zero (0). Consequently, I advise others keep away from it until it's reviewed.

I bought light on 17/5/21 (monday) and till now, the token has not been sent, still pending. I contacted the customer care and they are not replying, what is going on ooo. There was a time i used an app to buy light and they didnt send the token and they return my money the second day and complained of network. So what is going on here.......

very annoying, I was debited for a transaction and d token was not sent to me,they referred me to a lady via a chat and I sent several messages but she didn't reply.so frustrating I wouldn't recommend the app to anyone cuz I'm yet to be credited and there is no token either

I have been enjoying the app and your customer care agents have been top notch but recently I have not been able to generate token because it cannot validate meter numbers. Please fix this issue

This is a great app. I have no problem using it to generate my token anytime. The human relation is super. When I have network issue and I drop my complain in the chat room, I get response almost immediately.
