This is one of the worst App . 1)It's a hassle to log in every time. I had to change my password almost every week . 2)Reading a statement requires to download each file and open them individually with another app. The downloaded file will be visible for anyone to see even after logging out. I had to go back and delete each file every time. Imagine if your bank want you to download your account info for 3rd party just to read your statement . Why not make it possible to read within the app?
Getting very frustrated, have tried several times to retrieve password with no success. Have not been able to view my paystubs for several months. No one responds when you try to contact them. Worst app ever!
Absolutely brutal on Android. Buttons and drop down menus don't work. Can't login more than once every 20 minutes bc the system can't comprehend I logged out earlier.
This app will not let me log in at all. It keeps telling me I'm logged in somewhere else. I'm not. I can't access my paystubs. Won't be able to access my tax forms. This is a joke. I called customer service and was told my work will have to reset it. I have already reset it. It will not let me log in. Terrible, terrible service. What a complete joke.
Worst app ever, I cannot get in touch with anyone, I cannot remember my username or password cuz you are supposed to remember like 50 different username and passwords for everything else you have, all you personal information is apparently given to third parties, not a fan. How am I supposed to see my pay stubs! And I have no choice but to use this "service " as it is what my employer has chosen, now that is B.S. Oh and why do they need access to media and photos, its none of their business
It doesn't break down the taxes and rrsp and EI and other costs. Not very clear like other pay stubs I've had in the past.
I can't find the app icon in my android phone. I have to go to the Google Play store every time I want to access the app!!
Worst App Ever!! I just installed the app only for it to crash, leaving me logged in and now I get a "login rejected" since it took me back to the start to "re-login" screen but I'm still signed in....Bull@#*!
This app is one of the worst I had ever used. In order for me to see my pay slip I have to give them access to my photo gallery, media and files in my phone. Otherwise I can't see my pay slip. Why?????? Info in my phone are private and confidential. Screw this app. Sorry but you are out of my phone. I understand now why you have a terrible review.
Having trouble uploading forms. Whenever I try to select tax form or sin form it hangs. I have just downloaded this app and I guess I cannot getmy paystubs because it won't get past upload screen.
Very inconvenient for android users. Paystubs don't show up in the app. They get downloaded to your files. Please change this!!!
Trash app to use with payslips never works have to reset password all the time, and the reset email takes way too long to receive. Still waiting for it
If i could give this glitchy pile of @#&* negative stars it would be -5 stars. Can't even view the page to log in let alone see my pay stubs. Worst app ever! The actual web site isn't much better!
Absolutely terrible. Won't remember password and when I type in proper password it still won't allow me to access my stuff. Every time I use it I have to change my password. I highly don't recommend.
Honestly not a very good app/company at all. Usually doesnt have anything uploaded until the day of or hours prior to money being in your bank. Dealing with the paper side of Ceridian was much better and faster oddly enough. Usually saw paystubs up to 3 days prior to payday.
A classic example of why digitization isn't always the way forwards. One step forward, 100 backwards.
Takes forever to reset your password. Is anyone checking these things. Can't reset password. Email says within 24 hours. It has been about half that time. Most would have the reset done by now. My money is on the fact it won't even send me the email in time, and I'll have to do it again and again.
I can no longer log in. It says login was rejected and that I'm already logged in. But I've checked every single device and none are logged in. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
Constantly crashes when trying to open up earnings and statements. Tried contacting support and have heard nothing back.
Seems like they never bothered fixing the app. Once you sign in and try to view earnings, instant crash.
This app is horribly designed with an even worse backend. Dangerous broad permission requirements and if you logged in somewhere once already you will never login in the app ever again. The people being this planning shouldn't be holding a job, this is insanely terrible.
They have a username for me but none of the 5 different passwords they sent me work and despite multiple requests I have no password reset email. The support section on their website was useless as well.
Terrible app between this and dayforce I do believe i need to find a job that does not use this app. It has been almost a year and it is so user unfriendly that i believe this cons of the app out wieghts the pros of working for my current employer
Won't let me log in, says the password is locked, and when I ask for a reset password it doesn't send me an email. I know my username is linked to my work email as I checked with my payroll officer, but still no email.
There is continous problems either with server or something else. The password reseting is very long. Needs improvements !
I tried to access my pay information that I've done effortlessly for the past year or longer and it wouldn't show my pay stub info. I uninstalled and reinstalled and not it denies me from signing in, saying I'm already logged in...great...
Fix the upload button so I can get paid. When I push the browse button nothing happens. This is not a good sign for a company that will have my social insurance number
Continuously crashes when trying to view earnings/statements stating connectivity issues; essentially making the app useless.
I closed the app and tried to log in again but it won't let me because my account was "already logged in". Closing the app should log me out
I was constantly getting an error that there were connection issues when I clicked on my statements. There were little to no support from Ceridian. I was able to find out that it was an app permissions issue and resolved it by uninstalling and reinstalling. I have an IT background and I can just imagine the frustration of other users. Develop an app with the end user in mind, ADP did it, why can't you?
