This book compiles much of that advice and delivers 120 workouts. Another great book about “Fat to Fit”, The Ultimate Fat Loss Guide. Written by Janaka Samarasinghe, Fat to Fit covers how our bodies process food, which foods can help people achieve certain goals, for muscle growth and the importance of meal timing. Janaka doesn’t just write about food however; he also covers exercise including walking and resistance training. This EBook is well written concise and comprehensive. Overall the app is very user friendly and very reliable on the purchase of EBooks. I would say that these two EBooks are effectively balance a practical focus with the latest scientific information. I would recommend this app a 5 star 10/10!
