Very buggy, often won't allow scrolling to view entire "report" for generated transactions. Occasionally the "weekly" sales will be higher than the "monthly" sales which makes absolutely no sense, the app is good for general idea, but I wouldn't rely on it's accuracy.
It stopped allowing me to input a dollar amount into the manual transaction, which is the only reason to have the app on my phone. When it worked the app was adequate but I still need the hardware portal to settle batchs, again limiting the usefulness of the app. All in all, for the money we pay Poynt, fix the dumb app!
Permissions? Come on! Why would it need access to camera etc when I dont use my phone as the terminal????? I only want to see the daily transactions etc on my phone, nothing else!!!! I wont give you permissions and probably cancel the poynt merchant account too, some companies need to be investigated!
The app doesn't allow me to put in a dollar amount for manual entry. It "resets" to 0.00 no matter how many attempts to put in a dollar amount such as $10.00. Someone please fix this bug no allowing manual entry
App stopped working after I declined to sign up for the business suite a month ago. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing. Won't let me even sign in. Can not access my account at all from any mobile device. Bummer.
Why does this app require permission to access my contacts? It isn't needed to run reports, since I have seporate terminal. Go daddy is high on something, as a business owner I treat my customers phone numbers with respect.
One star because i can see my daily sales. Just read review how app sales are different then actual sales. Have to do verification now to make sure. App has many glitches like unable to settle, one of the important thingto do.
Login doesnt work.. I can loging on. The web browser but not on the app. Im in the uk. Not really useful
This app is great when it's working properly but then suddenly all data is incorrect and does not reflect actual sales
Freezes when settling terminals. Frustrating. Otherwise offers great information

As of the latest update it would not work unless I granted permissions over my contacts, camera, audio and files. This application shouldn't require such access. Previous to the latest update, it worked intermittently. Terminals could not be isolated, reports would not generate. Overall this Poynt System has been buggy since its release. It hasn't gotten better with GoDaddys acquisition. I have uninstalled the app. 8/31/2021 I will not grant unnecessary permissions.
