Standard run of the mill protocol app. I just wish when it updates, it would say what has changed.
Great app to quickly review Protocols. Great job by the developer to stay current with updates, which must be a huge undertaking nationwide.
Good app but requires people to continually ask them to up date their protocols for days to weeks before they do it.

I had this app (which I paid for) for about a year. I am from WV. Now all of the sudden all the WV protocols are gone. Can you please tell me what happened?

This app was working fine until I did an update and it now asks for a password to access my local protocols. This was a great app. I am a practicing paramedic.
Wish they told you what agencies were on the app before buying it. From Az and not a Arizona agency on here.
I loved this app on my iPhone but not I switched to android... do I need to pay all over again ?

I've used this program for protocols since the beginning of the very early days of this program, but won't be using it any more. My agency has had to pull their protocols from being listed in the app due to a price hike of almost 300%. While larger agencies in wealthier areas might be able to afford that, those in other areas can't.
I had issues with the app once i got a new phone but admin helped me resolve the issues and it works great again.
Does this not work on a Note 5? Can't seem to get the protocols to open after a successful download.
Have you called COMCAST lately? Well that is how I judge customer service now, and I have to say, I had an issue, emailed and Oded got back to me in only 5 minutes. That is awesome service. Try this out and get the standard version if your areas aren't included in the free one. Thanks again Oded.
Its unfortunate that the mobile app doesn't have as many as the one for my iPad, its great app but don't have my area on android mobile otherwise I would have it and use it.
Good idea for a protocol app but making EMS pay for a little bit of convenience isnt cool.
I love it make it easy to find your protocols with out can write a big book of it
Doesn't have enough protocols! Has approx 15 to choose from! Not all states listed!!!

I've used this app many times. I'll be on the way to a call and I'll open up my protocol to freshen up on whatever the complaint is while on the way. Need to check a dosage? Bam, it's right there.
