DSK is District Level SAANJH Kendras, SBSK is Sub-Division SAANJH Kendra, PSSK is Police Station SAANJH Kendra.
To Access this application, users should have proper data / WiFi connection in his/her Android Phone.
Applicant can visit to DSK, fill up required information in SAANJH Performa for the same and valid self-attested ID Proof submit to DSK operator than within 10 days of verification process applicant can get software generated Police Clearance, Character Verification, Civil Verification and Military Verification from the District Saanjh Kendra or from this SAANJH APP.
You can lodge article or documents like :
Mobile, Passport, Pan Card, Credit Card, Debit Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Institutional Document, Identity Card, etc.

This app doesn't work. I tried to register as new user by providing all the details and was asked to enter the OTP. When I entered the otp sent to me correct in all respects the says wrong otp. When I tried to register the app says mobile no already registered. From all the feedback given for this app all the users are facing similar situation. This error (read blunder) is not being corrected despite being reminded by umpteen users . Why such an attitude?
Useless app as we can't even able to register. I have filled information for signing up and after clicking signup button app took me to login screen and no screen for entering otp. Then I tried login and app crashed. Note: I haven't allowed any permission like camera, telephone etc.
It's not working when we are filling the password so it useless ππ app to download, in mobile no. Box it's clearly written that u can mobile phone number but always shown retry
There are a lot of functions but none of them are working fine. e.g Cannot display pdf. Pdf us of invalid type then why are you giving us option to download pdf if it is not working?
hopelessly bogus app. Despite the problems being mentioned in Reviews, the problems are not being resolved by system administrator of app. It shows lackadaisical approach of Police Administration towards the part where public money has been spent on getting this app, but no efforts being done to resolve the problems reported by users from time to time. I am also a victim of the problem where despite entering the correct Login details, the app shows them as wrong. Very poor app.
Very Poorly Developed Application! I wasn't able to login to my account. It shows "Mobile does't Registered with us! Please try again! " But when I try to register it shows "Your registered mobile already exist!! Please try again" Please fix.
I filed for the FIR of lost driving licence..and it shows your complaint is registered... but i was unable to make the payment... But now i have manually filed the FIR.. in the local police station.. . Is there any issue of the online registered complaint which payment i was unable to do so.
I am not able to register a complaint on this app. On clicking register, app stops due to a bug. I have Mi phone on which it is causing this problem.

Not able to track my complaint via using complaint number. I don't have rest of the details. Even not getting the help from PP, visited the Sohana , Sec 80, Mohali police station number of times. There is no use of such applications, of we do have a such bad law system in India.
Not able to register my mobile number with this app showing this mobile number is already exists, when I am trying to reset my password showing your mobile phone number is not registered with this app. Not able to understand this glitch.
Useless app. Every single time I tried to file the complaint of my lost wallet, the app behaved horribly as it's always stopped due to some unknown error
Very very bad app of punjab police I applied for my verification on October 8, 2021 and paid the fee on October 10, 2021. But let me prove it, no mail came and no sheet. Fees have also been deducted from my bank account
Not at all satisfied with this app bcoz when I try to register the complaint it automatically closes and comes back to the main page of the app.
Applied character certificate on 23 july 2021, as system payment deduct from my account on 31 July 2021 through net banking, but no status update after deduction. Update not seen in verfication status...search with UID & Mobile number........Solve it
No reqirement of this app bcoz i applied for Police Verification Certificate and i got it after 8 months by visiting the office about 15 k even though its time period is within 10 days PVC will be available on application. The office did not uploaded it on the site. And when i asked them this delay, they had no justification and was so confused what to say. So, do not waste your time and brain in making these kinda apps.
It's such a waste of time, I have been given an UID number of my complaint but as soon as I fill this UID number, App states that this UID number doesn't exist.

SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEMS IN THIS APP, MOSTLY WHEN USER REGISTER ITSELF IN THIS APP, WHILE FILLING ADDRESS IN DDR FORM, SOMETIME USER IS UNABLE TO SELECT ADRESS FROM DOWN MENU, WHEN THIS PROBLEM COMES DDR FORM DOES NOT SAVE. IF USER LOGOUT FROM APP THEN UNABLE TO LOGIN AGAIN.
Very poor I registered my complaint of lost RC but when I tried to make payment fees of Rs5 it always failed. I tried both payment modes from net banking and of debit card but always failure
The app crashes while filing the report of missing article. Bug needs to be fixed.
Good app helps people merley few bugs although its running smoothley. the main appreciation is that you could actually trace all your uid easily.
Never seen worse app than this. Entered OTP, but doesnt work beyond it. I am sure Punjab Police gave coding task to some incompetent developer who was jobless.
Why you just delete this app if it doesn't work. Totally waste of time here..... I tired to submit my lost item detail but it continuly failed...
Worst goverment app...they deducted money from my account to register a complaint....now i have to register complaint for deducted payment and no answer I want my money back

Not able to upload any ID proof. Crashes for some reason. Please spend some time and resources to make this app better.
Worst app, while registering then sent an otp but when i entered that otp it says that is wrong otp. If we try to register again they say that this mobile number is already registered. And if you try forgot password then they sent the same password which you choose while registering. And if you try to login with those details then it says that user id or password is incorrect.
