Crashes a lot. I constantly have to log back in. The camera seems magnified, I have to stand far back to get a decent pic. I take pics, submit my bid, sync, select ready for office and my client can't see it. I was told to keep toggling the buttons. Well that didn't help at all. I'm going to keep using it because I don't have a choice, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone... Well, if I didn't like them, then I would recommend it.
Have been forced to use it for years for work. This app is so broken and buggy. Especially the camera. It's aggravating that every time I put my phone down to do work, when I pick it back up after two seconds, I have to keep turning the flash on when I need it or off when I don't every single time. It always does the opposite of what I need with the flash at the moment. The app loves to turn off and tell me the camera is still in use when I try to restart it.
App is constantly crashing. Open photo page and the entire app just closes on you. Was told phone needs to be factory reset. By reading these reviews I seriously doubt we all need factory rests. And all my crews are complaining about crashing constantly. Very frustrating to work. I am going to let clients know that this is causing frustration in the field for their vendors when on this app. Please get these issues resolved otherwise we will be forced to look into other photo app options.
Can be better!!! Pros: you can take pics and sync them to your order w/o submitting it. You can also plane your bids etc. Cons: the pictures sometimes don't take. It gives a warning that the pictures didn't save. Which just happened to me, none of my final pictures were saved. That's playing with my money. And I can't go back and take pics of debris I no longer have. Furthermore, the pics aren't saved any where for you to recoup them. This is a huge issue for property preservation contractors.
Where do I begin. The app closes constantly. Can't mark ready for office and it actually do it. Get no where with customer service...they know me by name. When taking pics and stop to actually do any work the camera fails and then have to restart app. I have uninstalled app and re-installed. I have updated as many times as available. Company puts it back on ppw and ppw puts it back on the company. I have been dealing w these issues for over a year.
App has recently started to force close after stating "Error confirming photo capture". Tried clearing cache and did not help. App is up-to-date. Please advise! It does this MULTIPLE TIMES ever day on every work order
App crashes a lot. Also needs reset after a phone call or text message. Says "camera is already in use." Also crashes while in the middle of tasks and doesnt save photos.
During use app makes phone shut off. Not a very good app. Can't see pics after you ready it for office.errors out constantly. Pics should go to phone as well as app. So can review later if need be.
App uses battery fast even when fully charged. I haven't been able to check in & sync photos for 2days. Cashe has been cleared, phone was turned off & back on & app was deleted & reinstalled. I have an LG 5
App lost 200 photos potentially costing me over 2000. Photo clicked showed up in the little window then when I went to sync them they were not there.
Everytime I try and load my company's work orders it crashes. I'm not sure if it's not optimized for android, because on the iphone it works fine.
App wont work on my phone and support says its because its an old phone. It is a LG Stylo 3. They came out with the 4 last year and the camera on the app is grainy. My phone worked with the app fine until last week
Crashes, Closes but better than in house apps! Also, mobile could add a self timer feature in the app's camera
new phone today 1/2/19 installed app today and will not focus in on anything cant take photos "this app disgusts me" uninstalled reinstalled uninstalled reinstalled uninstalled reinstalled lg stylo 4 brand new out the box so updated 5/13/2019 wont take pictures in basement for no reason wish i could pay for the right app to get ride of this ppw hastle
Have to log out and log back in evertime you use the app for camara err does no syc all of you pic so you loose them half the time camara will have a err and will stop taking pic and it will not give you a err you have to just hope you catch it when it happen the app is not good needs a lot of inprovment
Great app not perfect but a very great app for your business needs.
Needs too many improvements including camera and lags too much . What good is this app when all reviews are bad what a shame .
This app has cost me over $1000 now due to it " Losing" my photos. And all they can say is "well sorry sir, I'm not sure how I can help" freaking pathetic
Photos do not sync which mean time being wasted having to retake photos!
Worst app i have ever worked with. Horrible.. The whole team should be fired. Will never use this junk ever again.
Needs work because there's times we go in the app and work orders are gone for no reason.
for some reason it stop opening after updating its just a white screen that say loading. ...what am I suppose to do now????
App wont load as of Oct 9, 2020. Wont even allow me to log in.
It is bad, has been for years. Even with high end phones the app crashes if you lock screen with camera going then you need to log back in. Sometimes it takes several minues to "authenticate session" whatever that means, even after being at a property all day for a project. Finally when time to sync; it often won't sync in background if you go to do bids, emails or pop up your next stop on Google maps. 5 years.... its still awful. Pruvan worked alot better but some clients want this format
