Utterly dissapointed with the app.. Booked a doctor appoinment with the app..paid the amount in advance... Later call center told me they can not trace my booking... the call center told me they will advance my complain to relevant authority.. and now almost 2 hours gone they cant provide me the appointment i paid for..
Horrible user experience. I think this app is created in a hurry and only one person is maintaining it. Really hard to operate. This should be updated.
Horrible user experience. Firstly there are no guide, what to do and how to do things. Everywhere it's asking for UIP. No direction for an user what is UIP and how to get it. Later I have tried registration option, fillup my info and pay 150 taka. And nothing happened. They just got my money, no notification, sms or email. I'm completely puzzled what to do now?

Horrible experince. All my heath records and resustration is now wiped out from the system.
They are doing a great job only for the rich people. They charge 1000 thousand taka extra for home sample collection, which is okay...but they charge 1000 taka for each person which is absurd! Same basha, same family memebers at a time sample collection korte alada alada payment extra newa ta dakati chhaara kichui na. I am talking about non-covid patients.
I have paid already but my info not yet updated. It keeps telling to link with UPI. How to solve?????

Doctor's qualifications not mentioned, receipt for appointment fee not given, no prescription given, the app asked for bKash PIN code while registration, quite perplexed.
Faltuuuu....pl, do not misguide patients/customers to kill their times.
