Just installed it and tried to register it says the phone no. Already exist.. And when I used my no. To login it was on the name of someone else's account that's so fishy how can someone create an account on my number 🤔 you should fix this asap
The date table is too much irritating. You have to scroll back and forth each year to select the date of birth or date of certificate issued. They must have provided an easy date table where the year listed can be selected in single attempt. I would recommend them to get some idea with Esewa apps date selection table.
What a ridiculous and incomplete app. Downloaded it to buy the A division tickets but its only affiliated to only few banks. Besides, the user interface is unfriendly and full of glitch. There is no need of this app, especially when Esewa and Khalti are doing ever so well. Either upgrade or Leave it to the big boys.
I had tried more than 10 times from beginning but each time I faced the same problem while adding data on KYC form, the message was "Opps! Sever busy right now please try again later". Please fix the problem as soon as possible. Waiting for the bug free update
4 digit PIN gives access to wallet as well as linked accounts from any device/browser. Doesn't it sound less secure? At least need OTP for sign in from new device/browser. Also make bank transfer to linked account free. Otherwise good in other aspects.
Really happy after quick response from app developers and resolving the issue at the earliest. - Edited after getting response. (I am not able to register from UAE. Please solve the issue. I can't give a star right now, but can definitely give after my issue is resolved.)
Everything was working fine but suddenly you said to update app and my linked Parbhu bank atm is gone. And now that services is not available. I need that service. I don't use any other e wallet. Just because I can't link my parbhu bank atm. And was using it just because of that. Now i think I won't use this also.
This app is not allowjng me to register and keeps on closing when i tried to register for several times to vote for Voice. Fix the problem Not good experience for me.
What's wrong with your app! I have transferred some money to your app for voting purposes and it asked me to update. But when I go for update it doesn't show anything and cannot open the application!!! Either make your app functional or give my money back man! This is outrageous!!!
I downloaded this app just to vote for Voice Of Nepal. This is so disappointing that after downloading the app I have registered myself opened and account, that same day it worked and now I am trying to login but it says invalid have tried soo many times but its nt working. Watz wrong with the app I don't hav any idea
WORST APP!! Nothing works. I couldnot even load money to prabhu pay. What is the point of using online payment if i have to wait for hour to get my account verified?? Bus ticketing doesnot work!! Mobile app shows Sunrise bank but website doesnot. SORRY TO SAY BUT THIS APP IS DISAPPOINTING. So much problem with design. 500 letter is not enough to describe my frustation. Thankyou. Never using this app again. Totally wasted 2 hr in this app.
I suggest developer to kindly add a good payment gateway system Supporting UPI payment, Google pay payment or make support Indian Net banking. So, that we can add money in wallet and invest in something that we want. Developer please kindly add all things in your app so, that everyone can add some money and invest it.
I cannot add my phone again..it says i have exceeded number of devicea for one user..i wish i had known it earlier about device number limitation..i keep factory resetting my phone once or twice in a month or two, so i would have removed the device before resetting my phone if i had prior alerts about device number limitation..now i can do nothing.
Very very very useless app I wonder how voice of nepal being such a big platform choose this app and especially this app being a very important part of the VON it's working lot should take care of it like it should be the first priority....like is this a joke for them???? updated this new one. still withdraw option is not available. couldnot withdrew. my money is freezed now.as well ad please key previous setting of pincode system while opening apps. its far better than typing username and password everytime. i have used many banks or e wallet apps n this te worst apps update ever had. either develop vital functions in app properly or better to takeout app frm playstore. some function of prevoius app were better than this. thinking to switch into other ewallet now
Very bad yrr ....every time i try to register this app sends verification code to my mail and when i open the mail and read the verification code ..and again try to open this app this app automatically restart ...then i just uninstalled this ... Dont tell me my mobile is bad .. my mobile is one plus 7t pro having 8 gb ram
Shhitttyy app... I submitted all the documents required and they did not activate my account. In advanced nations, the account activation can be done in minutes, and these Nepalese suckers take days to verify accounts, yet the results is shhiittt.. They don't know how to communicate. They can hardly write emails. And they are lazy suckers..
Does not work internationally, I live in USA, I was trying to vote for Voice of Nepal but it didn't accept my card. As mentioned in Voice it should work anywhere around the world, but I'm unable to vote just because of that.
This app deserves 5 star rating, Using this app for 2 years with ease but now I am unable to load funds from an international card. I already contacted the team and reported the issues but unfortunately no changes at all.
what the hell since the new update it's not working.. I had 100 rs balance but when I tried to top up my mobile it doesn't work and now I can't even login using my same old password... and when I tried to get new password it only says check your sms or email BUT neither email received nor any sms... Are you making it good or more worse ??? seems waste to use this app than other pay apps ...
After new update when I tried to verify phone number i entered verification code and password twice but it says "oops" I dont know what the problem is but i am not able to login there your app need a proper update or your very previous version is better.
totally disappointed although installed new version, at the time of login it says syntax error and cant do anything, make us cleer if we can trust the app and use this or is this not reliable to use ? reply asap......
Total waste. After registering my number I entered password and confirmed it then as soon as I proceeded this app crashed . .. not once but thrice. Fix it!
I am using this app for a month, till yesterday i thought this app isn't bad but today morning i was trying to topup balance it showed transaction failed for 2/3 times.Later when i checked the balance, it was deducted.
I wanted to give 0 star but there wasn't any option for that..this app is not even letting me to resister..it comes with error message each time..wasted more than 30 minutes for nothing.. hey Prabhu..what a worse app.. Prabhu group is a reputed company but this app is really disappointment..
If it is the best service for all nepalese, it would also have the option to send or get money transfer from other banks accounts. That would be best, because everyone don't have the many bank accounts. Plz make this option that we could transfer money from prabhu wallate\prabhupay to others bank accounts which have online system.
I am not able to login to the app. It only says session expired and redirect to the initial page. What's happening?😣
I like the service of Prabhupay. Transferring money from one wallet to another had to be arranged without any charge and it would have been better to pay abroad with qr code. I think there should be an arrangement for online booking of train tickets from Janakpur to Jayanagar and from Jayanagar to Janakpur. I hope you will improve these things in the future.
