Very poor experience. They are very slow. I wanted to active practo reach, but nobody is there to help with the activation process and so on. Poor experience.
There is slight difficulty in the starting to begin with but the customer service is really good and they really guide you properly. They check all your degrees and certificates just to make sure that the patients get a good, verified and authentic doctor. Great app for doctors as well as patients for online consultation.
First your application booked the appointment when slots were blocked, then it didn't allow rescheduling even after contacting customer care for help Then, after confirming that Practo will inform the patient about this error, they failed to do so. Patient fought with the Doctor over same for no mistake of hers. Highly disappointed!!
It was quite difficult to join the prime online. The problem did get solved after 2 months, however it took a bad review on plaustore to achieve that. I would advise to improve the customer support service and also to improve the UI. It's quite complicated. A guidance manual must be there with the app. I ll be reviewing it again after a few months use.
Poor app. It works well for free questions only. For consultations it's performance is really poor. I m not able to view chats or follow ups. Horrible experience using this app.
Have listed my clinic on this app before 1month but still not seen anything about me. Customer service is very poor. The person was saying that documents are not clear even I sent her pdf format. Uninstalled app now. Very disappointing.
Being a doctor, I am being unnecessarily billed and you don't get any assistance in negating the unnecessary transactions. Frustrating at times.
Getting onboard prime online was an ordeal.Now working it on the app is as glitches continue to be there and all customer team says is to uninstall and reinstall ..which does not solve the issue at all
As a doctor I'm getting sick and tired of practo. Earlier the app was not working for a month properly..we used to book appointments but they never used to show in phone.. Even in online consultation everytime I'm unable to connect video call through patient.i even mailed the screen shot of problem but I didn't get any call back.
Very bad customer care service to the doctors. There is no intimation to the doctor when wallet amount is deducted and it is highly difficult to correlate retrospectively for which patient it is deducted. We cant mark NO- SHOW to most of the patients as we dont even get the details of booking made. The worst part payment for completed consultatn, not done for ages. When it is done, its in bits and pieces, again without any correlation to which consultation we have been paid. Pls support docs!
I have just converted my 1 star rating to 5 star rating... This is purely due to improvement and perseverance towards it by team practo... Great job!!!
Had difficulty in onboarding but was helped by the app Store reviews team and got the work done within a day.
The Version 11.43.3 (343) 28 Oct 2021 made the Practo App for doctors more difficult to work with. It is not syncing automatically. The pulling action on calender also not working for sync. The older phones are not supporting the App when Apps like whatsapp are supporting older phones, why not Practo Pro?
Pathetic experience. You can't renew through app...when you call customer support they also can't renew ...and keep telling me that some other team members will call me....being a doctor I'm mostly busy with patients and hence when they call I'm unable to pick...basic functionality of payment and response from customer care is missing
There is lots of improvement in the service. Some one calls and understands the problem. That is nice
I have been trying to get on Ray platform of the clinic I work & you ppl have not been able to solve simple issue in 2 months. Ms Sumaya Hassan who was supposed to be handling my issue never calls back neither gives satisfactory reply. I have been trying to connect to her almost every single day but no reply from her. Thankyou for the worst service.🙏
Horrible app. Profile doesn't get verified for days. No option for support or feedback. Can't even delete my account. Uploaded all my documents and there's no way to delete them either. A scam for patients as well as doctors. Most horrible app i have ever seen. Disgusted.
Whenever I'm calling to practo support number no one respond properly. Nd within a second they use to disconnect call.
Very poor features. Doesnot let update the details. Looks like deliberate bugs left in the app by the company forcing us to contact the company for every small detail that needs to be updated.
Very difficult to use app. Almost impossible to access customer service. Pathetic experience. Customer service staff no better than robots fed with very limited commands. Don't expect any proper resolution from their end. They are just experts in taking you through the convoluted loops to heighten your agony 👎🏼 Who are you asking me to share details with?? I am done calling and explaining the same thing a million number of times to the zombies who are experts in reciting the same set of lines
People who log in to seek help are well intentioned and clear in their mind what do they want.
Offline lot of video calls are jumping otherwise very user friendly app.
Good app for telemedicine and you consult with Doctor any areas of India even outside of India
Very bad experience with practo app. They can block your patients or divert them at any point of time without legitimate reason or discussing with the doctor. The video calling quality is very poor. My patients are not able to book an appointment on practo and not all have my personal number. Those who do try to contact me in person and the rest are all diverted!!
Useless hopeless app ever opened disgusting service.they don't ever care for doctors and never reply to queries, and do late payments and you will get consultations one in a month where as we get daily 20-25in other apps. Arrogant team as they never answer ur question in one go and replies are always loaded always with arrogant words. So docs please don't use this app humble request as I did once.you have my details already.
Worst app ever for professional doctors. Zero customer services. Every time I receive a patient from practo app. There is issue of money. Either practo cuts extra money or I didn't receive money. Please don't use this app.
great application , i personally used this application to treat many a people during COVID19 pandemics gave a new approach towards the patient. One of the biggest Con is patient can't reach u again once the duration of consultation is over. support team don't responds that quick
A bit better experience after intervention from the Practo team who are quite efficient. Still, the app is buggy and cannot even upload an image correctly. Lots of work to be done on it. Overall, a good platform with a dodgy interface.
