There's a lot of verification just to use the mobile app, which I can understand the reason behind that. It's just ever so slightly irritating but manageable. The mobile deposit feature didn't work at first, and I'm still not sure if it's because the app had a minor glitch, a slow processing rate for member verification, or if it just didn't like me trying to deposit something so soon after verifying my account on the app. Either way, I was able to get it to work and deposit my first check.
Can never get balances always says unavailable horrible app
really enjoy it, easy to use, quick to find out what I have. wish I could find the banks routing number through the app though, when I went to do taxes I had to dig around for a old check book.
Came from another credit union, their app was awesome. Prairieland is good just wish things showed up sooner than next day like deposits. Looking forward to continuing improvements!!
Unreliable at best, slow to update, constant bugs and glitches especially with log in

Use to work just fine but doesn't anymore. It's really annoying me.
I have tried countless times to get this app to work. I've been told different ways to rectify the problem, and continue to get an error message, telling me to call the bank. I was told today to uninstall and download it again. Still doesn't work.
I just spent 15 minutes trying to set this up supplying the answers to the same questions at least 5 times each. It just keeps asking the same ones over and over and won't let me complete the set up.
Every time I open the app it just says system error or it will take me to my security question and then tell me system error. This has been going on for almost 2 months now -_-
Mobile Check deposit is simple and painless
Can't get passed the security question. Doesn't work. Don't download, it's a waste of time.
it doesn't work far more than it does. the app itself is beautiful. optimize the crashes and I'll upgrade my reveiw.
