When I go to sleep sometimes my mind has racing thoughts that are very negative. This is a wonderful tool to help me refocus on God and the prayers are appropriate and line up with the word of God. Therefore I can believe them and it helps to call me down. I have ADHD so praying is very difficult for me. I would like more apps like this.
