Precious Pages iReader

A lot of improvement is needed. This app always crashes. There's no option on how you'll view your library (list, grid). It can't be sorted the way you wan it, say alphabetical, so it's hard to look for the books (sometimes using the find doesn't work properly). When reading, if you click on the next page, it will be on bottom of the page. You need to scroll up every single time.

The old app was just ok. You have to set the font and spacing every time you read. So, I was happy when there was an update! The good thing on this new app is that you don't have to fix the spacing and font anymore. The books are easily recognized now because the pictures are bigger on the library. Good job! What I don't like is, is difficult to use the bookmark option. And until now it's not update. Pls update your app so kore people can buy your books.

Hope you can fix not having to scroll through every chapter. Some ireaders would just have you tapping to go to the next page, and the issue here isnt just the scrolling, when you tap on next.. the page scrolls to end of the chapter so you'd have to scroll up just to start reading the beginning of said chapter. In addition, I can't seem to get a recovery code. I'm unable to login.

It was less than I've expected. I wish na may zoom feature and can view in full screen yung books. It's functioning, sure, but it needs a lot of improvement. For the first few tries, hindi ko rin madownload mga books and I have to try over and over again malagay lang sa library. Hoping for improvements!

I used to buy a lot of PHR pocketbooks wayback but now that there is the convenience of digital reading, I want to take advantage of that. But the app is truly a disapppoinment. You have to buy the books thru the website. And one of the issues I have is that I forgot my password and I was trying to reset it but I don't even receive an email to reset my password.

Need soooo much improvement. Hire some IT or something to improve this app! It's so hard to read here. One time, I can not see my online purchases, sometimes it crashes, other times it takes a lot of attempt to download the purchases.

The app is not working. You cannot find any ebooks except for those cheap free ebooks which you cannot even download because it's crashing down. When you search a title or author it always appear 'no results found'. So technically it's a useless app and i had it uninstalled.

I love the updated app..no need to fix the font since when you open a book, words are readable now but one thing I dont like is you need to tap the next chapter, its kinda old fashioned....can you just make us swipe the page like wattpad and I hope we have complete view of the plot but thumbs up for improving the app

Keep on crashing. please update and fix the bugs. Stories and title are different. The title is for Kristine series but the story inside is different. Bugs all over. Can't even read properly. I bought too many ebook from my favourite author but can't enjoy reading it

I just purchased books from precious pages but I could not open my account eventhough I entered my username and password correctly. How can I read if the app kept saying na" Unable to resolve host ". No address associated with host name". What to do? This is the second time that i have experienced this kind of trouble. It is okay if no money involved but there is...

I can't download my purchased ebooks. The app always crashes! Update: Some of the purchased books can't be downloaded and always file error. Most of the books with errors are Belle Feliz's books.

I am new to this app but when I open it. I can't search for any stories in this app. The results are always No Results Found. I hope that you could fix this immediately. I am looking forward for this app and the stories inside.

There is an issue with this app. Errors keep popping up even if you reinstall, log in and out and even reboot the device.. multiple devices even!!

I love this app! I only do hope you can add flip or slide feature on this app like those other reading app and also display the text full screen. Overall 4 stars for more improvements! Thank you so much! ❤️

I already cleared cache files and browsing data. I installed uninstalled the app multiple times but your app keep on crashing. This is the first time I purchased an ebook from this app. Just so frustrating. I hope mafix na ito. Parang hindi ko na uulitin pang bumili eh.

There's only three books that can be donwloaded? And i cant search any books 😭 it's always empty! And when you open the app there's really nothing to see with just a plain background, there's really nothing into it except for the 3 pb that can be downloaded? Its not the same in the photo😢so sad.....

Cant open this app. Its a waste of time trying to get an account and its always received an error shows bad request.

Do you have a timeline on when the app will be fixed? I cannot download the ebooks I purchased.. If you cannot fix it, how can you return the payments made to buy your ebooks? I saw 2018 reviews with the same issue as mine, why is it not yet fixed?

It's good but a lot of improvements are needed. Some of the e-books i downloaded were incomplete, the pages are blank.

Crashes all the time. Paid for books but I can't read it. App keeps crashing. Please do all possible to fix this as soon as possible.

1 star for this app. I don't know why turning to next page I have to scroll up instead of flipping. It's like reading a document in microsoft word form.

I love it! Medyo mahirap i-figure out the first time gamitin pero after nun, sobrang convenient! Kailangan lang talaga you know where to purchase and where to read it. Also, ang bait ng customer service providers ng precious pages! Sobrang accomodating and responsive. I know may mai-improve pa itong app na 'to pero as a reader for 16 years already ng PHR pocketbooks, this is amazing! Keep it up! Sana mag stay itong app na 'to for a long time 😊

After the update, the app keeps crashing. I already tried to uninstall/reinstall, but it's still the same. Hope this can be fixed ASAP.

The latest updated version keeps on crashing and now I cannot open my paid ebooks. Please do something about it because buying it would be useless if I cannot open it.

Got to agree with others. Needs an approvement. But nonetheless thank you so much to this platform I'm able to get a copy of my favorite books from my fave author, Sonia Francesca! I love her so so much! I dont mind spending for her works! Recommended.

Ive made a payment through gcash and it's already almost a week and my money is not credited to the account. I've tried to send an email but their email address doesn't seem to be working.

[Update] June 22 patch fixed the issue when opening ebook. Need upgrade with the ui. Hope you can add the option to continue where you left off.

I enjoy reading books from my favorite authors on this app however I often encounter errors, i.e. app crashes when opening/reading a book.
