It doesn't track my walks no matter what I do to boost my GPS. Also the app is very slow to load. I have a pretty current phone so idk why I'm having these issues. I have tonuse it bc the company I work for uses it but I mean some updates to the app would be nice.
My review is based on my experience with Precise Petcare over a year ago.At the time they were the absolute best option for a brand new solo pet-sitter! Their program was the most affordable, easy to learn & simple to share with pet parents.The endless features provided extra accountability & reassurance to my clients that their pets' individual needs were top priority.The personalization & endless details I was able to document for each pet were invaluable & set me apart from all competition.
The desktop works fine, but the app gives me a lot of blank pages for scheduling, client info. Even the support tab is blank. Seems like it was working 2 weeks ago, now its worthless.
I can access all my client's info, post photo journals, send communications, schedule, etc. just like on the desktop version. I've had no crashing issues. I really like the app.
our clients love the journal feature! they can see notifications the same as management i believe. makes communication efficient. sometimes gps is wacky, but works kind of. well enough.
-Terrible functioning -Constant crashing - Lost time and money I have to use this for work and it crashes every time I open it, unless I unintsall and reinstall the app.
Fantastic app! It's made scheduling and client communication much easier. No complaints.
This app needs bugfixing, keeps getting stuck on logo screen, need assignments order for same time slot to be draggable, need full month calendar view.
Whatever glitch is going on with your app has cost me $50 in data charges on my cellphone which I do not appreciate!! If I had another option I would be using it. Not cool!
would be great if it didnt freeze up pr the latest is not letting me clock out and it kept kicking me out making me log back in and having to start over on my journals .
Amazing!! Very easy to use and adjust and the people who run it JUMP on top of any issue immediately!!!!!
works perfectly fine for me and where I work. keeps me organized and ready to start each shift.
Does the job but has a permanent notification bar feeling me to install the app as if I was viewing the pages in a browser

Use it all day everyday, love it. Couldn't work with out it.
Have experienced issues with app crashing or page not loading on almost every feature (client profile, check-in/out, journal, etc). It has caused me to be questioned on if I am doing my job correctly! Serious issue. Gave 2 stars since it does work half of the time. I have used a similar app for a different company I worked for and never had any issues what-so-ever. Really need to step it up to match competitors app performance.
Crashes constantly. One of my visits didn't show up, thankfully I was having issues with it on a separate visit so I went to the website and saw it. Marks boxes I don't want checked and can't undo it. Highly recommend just using the website
Crashes my brand new phone, map isn't accurate, my clients are angry, app closes and crashes constantly!!!!! This app sucks!
Would give 5 Stars if it didn't crash almost every single time I try to submit a journal and crash every single time I tried to add a note. Deleted app and using Web interface again. :(

Well, if the app was reliable it would he great. But instead I have constant problems and can never really trust that I am getting the correct info, or sending it. The GPS function is totaly broken, I have been through the trouble shooting process in its entirety twice, but it simply will not give me the option to gps track. Which is really too bad, since that constant tracking is the one feature NOT offered by the web browser version of the service, and is a major selling point for clients...
