I must agree with everyone else. I wish it had A/C controls and block heater control. I've had this app for about 2 years and really enjoyed being able to control the slides from outside my coach while my wife monitored the inside. The generator control disappeared on me but after the latest update, it returned. Thank god! Another annoying thing before the update is that it kept loosing communication with the panel. Hope this update fixes that issue also. Too soon to tell. A/C, Please!?
Overall, everything that I have access to in the app works well. I do agree with the other posters that the AC menu option would be nice. More important to me is access to turn on the engine block heater. The block heater happens to be in the utilities section which leaves out the block heater for some reason. With the cold Chicago winters it would be nice to be able to warm up the engine block remotely. Certainly more useful than turning on the water pump.
I don't understand why HVAC is not included. That is arguably the most useful feature to have on a mobile app. It's even pictured in the screen shot advertising this app....but doesn't exist. Very disappointed.
Overall a helpful app, especially when remotely putting slides out in tight Parks. On my Moto Z had trouble making initial comm, but uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling it got comm. via BT. I have a 2018 FR Berk XL 37A, app was missing A/C control, would be helpful if it were there.
Please add A/C & Furnace control. That would be really useful. Also, I don't get AutoGen feature, all it seems to do is start generator immediately. It doesn't appear to follow my pre-set Auto Gen settings.
Good app when it works. Hard to get it to connect. Very touchy. And no A/C or heat control is very frustrating!!!!
We use the app quite often since the panel stops working when the sun makes that side of the rig hot. I agree with others, it'd be great to have it control the heat pump/ac units.
Why show AC controls on the screen shots but when paired they are not available? What a disappointment that something so basic was left out.
The most important function for remote: No temperature controlling from your phone. Why are they showing it on the app.
How can this app allow me to do dangerous things like putting slides out but NOT control my HVAC? That was the one thing I downloaded it for. Please add this functionality.
It says it paired on my phone but when i open the app it tells me to put RV in pairing mode. Sheesh

Absolutely Terrible! It is LITERALLY unusable, you can't even pair ya RV to this stupid app.

I really like the app, but wish I could control the A/C on off & temp settings.
I've been using it for about a year and a half now and it's OK. The Bluetooth reaches the entire rv and outside enough to use when dumping or filling tanks. Works well with the slides and lights. Especially like being able to turn on outside lights and some interior lights when coming home at night. Gen start is nice too from drivers seat. I do wish it would operate the environmental systems. The description says it will operate fans...ours does not.
