Registration keeps failing. Device is basically useless as u can't set it up. Who thought it would be a good idea to make a thermometer that doesn't work on its own without the app..
Fantastic product, easy to connect without problems. I've been using it for my 2 kids for months and it provides instant accurate results.
Registration keeps failing. Can't use the app if you can't register. Can't use the thermometer unless you sync it with the app. So can't use the thermometer. Useless! Duhhh!
Not able to register in app. Thermometer works, but having trouble setting time if didn't catch it right the first time I turned it on.
App is down. Device is useless. Just bought the thermometer. Cant return it. Cant use it. Not very impressive. See if the app is down permanently or just for the evening. So sad.
I have tried downloading this app for the second time in over a year...still can't even register. Won't buy into this company's useless technology again!
Dissapointed in app. After reading the privacy information, I came to find out you only sell thermometers of different types for home and refrigerator. So dissapointed!!!
Won't let me register, says Registration Failed. Lovely :( UPDATE: Received a reply about the registration failure, this is what they said. "Thank you for contacting BIOS Medical. We appreciate your patience while our BIOS BP Tool Box and BIOS Precisiontemp App’ s have been down for maintenance. They will be up and functioning by Wednesday May 6th, 2020. "
Not able to register so app is inoperative Thermometer works great but the app is a fail. I've sent a request for support.

If I could rate this thing a zero I would! What kind of company sells something that only runs off an App that won't even work?! It appears I'm not the only one having this issue. In a time when thermometers are hard to find as well! I can't use it nor can I return it. Totally useless!!
