Good game. Great historical accuracy. However, as others mention it does get ridiculous to have ads every single turn when each turn only takes seconds. Most in game time is spent 'watching' ads. And for a game which, on the surface seems unbeatable, it really kills the replayability. I did as well as I possibly could, getting Gold n Silver on every challenge, built Memphis... But 45k to unlock Single Pantheon seems impossible, considering you have to spend so much just to be able to unlock it. Honestly, that with ads made me delete it. Love the historicity, 100% accurate (watched ancient Egypt documentary while playing).
(edited) Changed review after hesitantly buying full version. Game is excellent, original concept with heaps of research put into historical accuracy by the looks of it. Right up my alley, kept me engaged for hours. Looks like Devs changed their ad strategy for their next game too. Good call, Devs! Well worth full price. (Prev review) seems like a game I would be happy to pay to own, but am unable to find that out due to the unreasonable amount of advertising in first mission.
I want to buy the full version so I am playing the free version but there are just way too many ads. First 3 or 4 turns are fine but then every turn you have to watch a 15 second video I think then wait another 15 seconds then you can finally get back to the game.
Great game. However.. Only one scenario,same events, same map, same challenges is fun to play 2-3 times. Some more randomness could make it more playable. While playing, it's worth turning off the wifi to avoid adds.
I typically do not mind ads. BUT THIS. This has so many ads! Like every 1 to 3 turns it's an unskipable ad! If there where fewer ads, it would be an easy 4 or 5 stars. Just less ads.
I was able to explore the land of Egypt but failed to unite it. So many bad events occurred like rebellion, plaque, wars, corruption etc. Overall it was an entertaining game as well as educational.
Pre-Dynastic Egypt Is A Great Edition To The Pre-Civilisation Series, With Many New Features From Marble Age, It's Probably My Favourite So Far! Only Problem I Have Is Having To Watch Ads After Almost Every Turn, Even For A Free Version It Seems A Bit Much.

Would get 5 stars if the game didnt have so many bugs, got the full game and i kinda regret it it looks amazing game from the demo, but once you advance past 200 turns it stops making sense and being a well balanced game
Nice game.I would give it 5 stars if only there was enough turns to help u complete the complete the game in time.No matter how hard I try I just fail,I think if u add more turns to it say if the game ended in turn 250 that would be great!.
Ads literally every 2-3 turns. Each turn takes about 5-10 secs. You literally watch ads more than you play. 2 stars only because there is a good game buried under the ads.
Got to turn 80, now when I try to load any of my saved games it starts me over at turn 1. tried the contact support button, and just sends me to this page.
It's a really fun game and all,but if each round is 10 seconds and every 3 rounds you get a 30 second ad. This game is 50 percent ads
Game shows promise, but still too many loooong ads. It doesn't matter if you have the greatest game in the world if your players get too fed up with the ads. Find some balance, 3 ads in 15 mins is excessive.
Its unplayable. Add every minute. I can not play it, because I do not want to wait for 25 sec all time. I dont mind adds but not this often.
Had to rate 3 stars ,game is promising and sometimes slow development but the reason is for the demonic ads you let me watch the ad ,then 12 sec again plus wait 5 sec for close buttom that takes my life away if im stupid enough
This app is decided to give me an ad after the fifth turn. And that ad doesn't work, it simply restarts the game.
This is the best Egyptian game I have ever seen. It takes you through the whole 2000 years of the pre dynastic period. I can't recommend it enough it's just awesome.
I'm not sure how good the game is. I couldn't get past having to sit through ads every two moves. Coulda been good. I'll never know. I hate ads.
Full of ads but have bought the full version and now finally I can have more than just 2 tuns before I'm whacked with an ad. Great game tho.
There are wayyyyyy toooo manyyyyy ads. It's to the point that it makes the game not fun. How can someone know if they want to purchase the game if they barely get to play it? They have to buy it just to see if they like it? That makes no sense and that's not how it works. People are just going to uninstall it. No thanks.
I get why people say that the ads are really annoying, but they don't play if you put your phone on airplane mode. other than that great game
Great game, horrendous use of adverts. If it was less aggressive I'd consider buying the full version.
If you dont want to stop ads turn on airplane mode before you play. Airplane mode cancels all ads.
Stay away from this "game" if you care about your time or quality games that don't cheat or punish you for not watching their constant ads almost each and every time you end a turn. Bad game that's p2p, pretty sad, I could respect it if it actually was honest about it

Way too many ads! Looked promising but the ads ruin it. It goes to an ad then restarts the game bringing you back to an earlier version where you have to repeat the same tasks, only to go to an ad at the same spot. Then repeat. Did it three times before I deleted it. I saw more ads than I did play the game. Edit.. My problem was not ads. It was a problem with gameplay. Read the reviews before you comment. Why would i buy a glitchy game. Robotic responses gets 1 star automattically.
