This app is no better than going straight to the normal web page, this basically is just a shortcut. No different features if you use the app or login on the website.
Last update is hard to read, dark mode not done well and not taking usual saved passwords well.
You click one wrong button and boom you're stuck at the apply for a loan page with no way to get back without uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
Needs to be updated. Keeps crashing upon opening the app. Please fix this issue.
Twice a year deletes your credentials and constantly nags you to change your password so what's the point if you have to write it down
as of the last 2 months the app will not open. this is a complete waste of space on my device.

When I try to sign in with my finger print the app crashes. Is this an issue with the app or my phone?

Easy to use
App works great for basic Mobile banking, but since the side menu pops up every time you open it, if you accidently hit loans while swiping it away, you are stuck there. The only way to fix is uninstall the app.
Worst banking ap ever. Can not use back button, closes ap.. If you accidentally hit loan tab you have to un-install and install again to access your accounts again.. the list of major issues is a mile long..
My transfers are showing but my debit card use isnt reflected in the balance. Something is wrong w the app. I can use bill pay but i need an accurate balance. Plan to uninstall and try it again.in a few months.
It works. It allows me to do basic banking tasks without hassle.
I was happy with it until the last update. Now I don't have access to bill pay, transactions don't show balances, really am not liking it. Please note, however, how I feel about the app does not reflect how I feel about the bank.

Just reinstalled it after months of the app not working on my old phone. It seems fine so far, but now I can't check scheduled ACH transactions for some reason? I just was able to do it two weeks ago, and now the option isn't even there. What the heck?
