If you want to cancel don't do it from the app, even though there is a place to do so. They know it doesn't work, you need to cancel the subscription from the play store. Customer service was trash. The workouts are nothing special, you can find better on YouTube for free that are also tailored to the point in pregnancy you are at. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because the workouts are fine enough, but I do not recommend this app and they are not helpful if you have questions.
2.5 stars. Not free so misleading. Decided to try the 7 day trial & have found that it runs through the workout very quickly. I like that its tailored for each stage in pregnancy but it didnt ask any questions about my intial fitness level. I'm fairly active and fit so was able to keep up but for anyone just starting in ther pregnancy fitness journey I'd say start with something else more gentle and maybe come back to this. She runs through the instructions of each move too quickly also
Great app. The workouts are really good. But the timing is too short for some of the exercises. I know we can pause and finish the required reps, but it'd be better if you can adjust the timer with each exercise. This way I'll not feel like I need to rush through the exercises in order to complete before the timer goes off.
I really like this app. If you turn on the voice, it describes what to do and there is a visual as well. Every workout is a little different and I found it to be the perfect level of activity for me throughout my pregnancy and post partum. The exercises were mostly safe for my pelvic floor and DR, but I consulted with my pelvic physiotherapist to avoid injury. My only complaint is that I would have loved to see the whole workout before starting it, rather than each workout being a surprise.
It checked for updates as soon as I opened the app. Once the updates were installed, there was a screen that had option to skip. Nothing else except the logo and "skip". I clicked on skip and the app closed. Tried several times and the same thing happened.
Tried this prenatal workout app just to see what kind of routine it had and can honestly say it's a flop no explanation for exercises and the demos they had didn't really tell you what to do and rushed from one thing to the next. They should definitely work on quality routines instead of rushing you through each exercise. An improperly done exercise does no good and can actually do harm
I cancelled my subscription before the date in the app says it will renew. It told me to go to google play to cancel it. I went to google play and all of a sudden the date changed. I double checked with the app and the correct date was still there. Now they are charging me for an additional month that I don't want.
This app has great workouts for a minimal fee. Love that it has a voice option so it feels like there is someone there motivating you. Only downfall is that the pregnancy tracker is a week ahead, and work out tracker is a day behind. Overall a great product!
keeps crashing, so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now is timing out when I try to sign in. edit: increasing rating now that the app is back up and running, it is one of the only prenatal apps I found which features a workout plan to follow rather than individual exercises
Good workouts, calendar is off though. Also it'd be nice if there was a workout summary so you could see what you'll need before you begin, and maybe some description of how to do the workouts, the animation is not always enough.
The lady should have a bigger belly as the pregnancy advances. I feel there are some exercises that are too streneous at 7 month pregnant. My yoga teacher and doctor say I shouldn't do them even though I have a super healthy pregnancy. So why should I do them in this app if there's not even an explanation as to why they are suitable for pregnancy? Lately, I've been skipping many of the exercises for this reason.
I like how it shows you what move is coming next and how it is divided into trimesters - even showing the picture of the woman doing the moves getting bigger in the later trimesters. The workout has been the perfect intensity for me through each trimester.
For the past few days it's been telling me I've done the same number of workouts in 30 days. Use of app has been more than 30 days. It doesn't go over 30? Also pregnancy counter is one week ahead. Otherwise great app I use it almost daily and see progress already.
I like the new routines each day, but for me they could be a little harder. I wish they had an option to select your fitness level and goals going into it with a bit more tailoring. but it gets the job done
I like this app. Exercises are not too difficult but you can feel your legs when you just being. Every day you have something different which makes it more fun and instructions are clear!
It says free exercises but as soon as you sign up and enter all your information it makes you pay a monthly fee. I understand that somethings you have to pay for but don't say there are free workouts if there aren't!
Glad there was a 7 day free trial because it's not worth purchasing. They don't even explain how to perform each excersise and it was hard to try to make out what the animation did at times.
you put user trough registration and quiz, just to find out that is very expensive (for app) and that without paying you can use app only for 7 days. in app purchases usually means that user doesn't have access to everything, not a trial. I spent time and gave you my data for nothing, you should make this info clear.
I like how quick the workouts are with enough variety to keep it interesting. It would be even better if after she says "Get ready" she also said the name of the move and number of reps. That way I wouldn't have to keep running back to my phone to see what is next.
was excited to start my first work out with this app but then they wanted me to sign up and give my email and stuff to use it then to top it off its not a free app you can use it for 7 days free but then got to pay monthly should be advertised or clearly stated but you have to sign up and pay for this app a bit disappointed
First trimester workout seems pretty good. Got my heartrate up and might be a little sore. Easy to follow. I could definatley do this a few times a week. Only 20 mins.
I really like the first workout and stretch. I wish this version would let you get 2 or 3 free workouts rather then havin to pay for all 5 but still good!
This new update to the app form 2 years ago is do much more fun and better to use. I feel more motivated this time around than i was 2 years ago. Thank you for the improvement!
not free despite the description. annoying to go through the sign up process and have yet another login and then you tell me i have to pay for. just be upfront with it.
I can't get access. When I sign up then try to log in it says user not found. I then reset password and recieve the pin. When I try input pin it says pin expired (within 30 secs of receiving it) :(
Nice! I love that everyday you dont know exactly what you're doing, so it stays exciting. I'm very excited to use this app to stay active throughout my pregnancy and beyond.
I like the exercises but I think the timing is too fast for some of the workouts that are 20-30 reps long. This is easily fixed by just pausing the video and going at your own pace, which is totally fine. However, the only other thing is, I feel as though it'd be easier to follow if the explanation on how to do the exercise went along with the "get ready" part versus hearing the explanation and trying to gather your form while the exercise and timer has already begun. Other than that, well done!
