Haven't used very much but it seems the UI is good however there are better UIs available in other apps. The app doesn't seem to be updated with latest contact details of doctors. Called bunch of allergy immunologist and ENTs but non of them seems to practice it anymore.
Once logged in, it crashes every single time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no difference
This new version crashes after you log in. I use an s22 ultra. I already reinstalled and clear data please fix it
App keeps closing/crashing. App was recently reinstalled (after being unavailable on playstore for Short time)
It is not using the screen space efficiently.. static text at top dominates the space usage. Search results is not showing properly and page is not scrolling. Buggy!
Ive had none of the issues signing in or creating my account like many others have had. I entered my info and it came up right away.
Login issues. Always locks me out of my account, though my web login seems fine. The app UI leaves much to be desired. Finding healthcare (the basic thing that this app should do) doesn't work as expected. It always tries to find near your location, but doesn't work if you want to search anywhere else.
So much content from the website is missing in the app, simple things, like listing other locations for a particular provider
Doesn't provide ability to update to new plan, only displays plan from previous employer making app useless. Provides very few menus and options. Barebones. ********************************* Update 6/15: within a day of posting my initial criticism, I was contacted by Premera and they not only fixed the issue I was having, but were working to add a feature that would permanently address that problem. I'm impressed and changed my rating from a one star to a five star.
The app is very helpful especially with keeping track of the deductibles and out-of-pocket levels. One thing that would be nice to see is a date that coincides with the level indicator, especially a date when the maximums have been meet. Will gladly give 5 stars for that. Otherwise a great app.
The developers have added a message "for assistance for gender affirming..." in the common searches page results ...I can't see the list of doctors anymore... it's annoying.
App has serious issues. Biggest is on ID card - Fax option broken (type in the fax and name, but the 'send it' button disappears! And download to photos just does not work. Never downloaded once. And, oddly, neither of these options exist on web site that only allows for a temp letter to be printed.
The previous poster complained about not being able to screenshot the ID card.... Premera responded saying there is a download option. ID Card--> Share --> Download Photo HOWEVER, the previous poster was correct you CANNOT download the ID card. There is an error in the application preventing the download to the phone's flash storage. This likely has to do with an error in permissions as the app probably needs permission from the Android OS to access storage. Please fix the error. - Cheers 🍻

This app is very well designed. It has all the information in a central easy to access portal. It's responsive and easy to use with a very real and clean UI. I have used it consistently when I need to look up my BCBS information. Highly recommend it.
I use this app for id card look up and to track my claims. Very easy to use and intuitive. Full five stars for that. Able to make virtual appointments are really cool feature. Finding a provider and making a appointment is so easy as well. Great job team!
Ever since my new plan started 2020 it wont recognize my login info. I went to the website and got everything squared away for the new year and the app still wont let me log in. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still wont let me login. I'd call to get help but the wait time is 30 minutes minimum. Very frustrating. Im deleting the app because all it does is waste my time.
Useless app. Tried to use the contact a nurse feature. It just calls the general premera phone number. After navigating through half a dozen phone options I finally get to select "talk with a nurse". It rang a few times then went to a busy signal. This whole app is garbage. Don't even bother.
It is a pretty good app but I get really frustrated ever so often when asked me to re-enter my password when you're using fingerprint login I would think that would be good enough now I have to either go to my desktop and find my password at which point I don't need this app or use a simple password which is insecure.
Worst App Ever. Does not function properly on several basic tasks. Won't allow you to submit once you have completed a request form. Doesn't retain the correct user ID at login. The developer should be embarrassed that this was even released.
I would give it a -5 star if I could. I could always sign in just fine on the website, used the app it worked for a week, logged me out, I signed back it and it said my account was locked, to reset my password to login, so I did. After that, I tried signing back in and it said user ID and/or password is incorrect, please try again. So I try again and it says my account has been locked please reset your password to login. No! I've done this and gone through this probably 50 times! Premera, SUCKS!

I cannot log in because there is a 60-character limit to the password field even though I was allowed to create an account with a password longer than that. Please fix this inconsistency because it makes the entire app useless to me.
Great App! I have a large family and it is not always easy to keep track of everyone's insurance card. This puts them all at my fingertips and allows me to share with anyone I choose. It also keeps track of claims and prescriptions! Thank you Premera!
App opens a window showing "premera" and then nothing ever happens.
Whenever I try to login in on the app, it says that my username/password do not match their records, when I know I have an account and it is active. Very frustrating.
I love this app. It makes it so easy to look for a provider and answers most questions I have as far as cost, deductible, etc. I can even view my insurance card.
I don't know why but I cant login in. My information is correct when I put it in, I keep getting a invalid or i put something in wrong and because of this everytime I've tried to login in on my phone it'll lock my account completely.
I have been a consumer of Premera BX for 3 years. Great Company. Great App. This app has made a lot of improvements the past couple of years including and easier search feature, detailed insurance info on the go, a mobile proof of coverage. I love this app and company y
Works well, slight security concern though... if the app is left on the login screen and relaunched, occasionally it will replace the user ID field with the Password feild. This also copies whatever password was typed in and pastes it into the UserID field while revealing the password.
