app is a little difficult to navigate sometimes. When you try to back out of a conversation, it seems you have to click it 10 times for it to finally go to the main portal. I find it hard to find the recorded conversations sometimes.
out of all the search sites for homes Zillow is always up to date and accurate.... can't speak for the estimates. don't forget to call a buyers agent if you're looking for a home!
I used to be able to get calls through the app, now I can not. I would give zero stars if I could. Android holds 87% of market share, why does this app only work on iPhone?
So bad! I have to open the app and close it and try again constantly!! Poor navigation. Lacking features compared to iPhone. Overall, very buggy.

Zillow provides many tools and resources for buyers, sellers, and agents.And, pobably too much info! 😉
Zillow is now a low rate real estate app. Had meetings with entire real estate office. No one satisfied with Zillow leads anymore. Leads are not pre qualified , leads are extremely low sales leads. Not worth the monthly cost. Waste of money with Zillow
Lots of bugs and glitches not user-friendly.
The App needs to be improved for Android cell phones. I can't see the property information that this person was inquiring about until I disconnect the call!
It won't show me updates needed. I have to go to the desktop sight. It always says priorities clear even when they aren't. I have an android.
The app is not user friendly. I have to use desktop to do half of the stuff I should be able to do on the app. Even though I turn the notifications on right away I have to open the app and Inbox to see if I received any texts or emails. . App does not allow to attach any documents and videos. We have to call and text trough app and it does not integrate our personal phone numbers - clients are confused. I had technical problems and 3 days later I still didn't get any help.
Every time I am sent a lead I have to re download the app to view it.

I like the functionality of this app however it's response time could be better. Zillow / Trulia leads comes through on another system prior to a coming through on this app. In fact, I never have the lead texted to me prior to speaking prior to speaking to the potential client. It comes through after I hang up the phone and wait for it Mobile development tries to tell me it's my phone but this is happened on multiple devices.
Easy to use, allows people to connect instantly in their Boomtown like system, with such applications as voicemail, instant messenger and predictive analysis. Very insightful program. This system is actually improving, as time goes by I'm sure they will be able to differentiate the renters versus the actual potential buyers and place them with the correct agents who can actually assist them. Of course, I would love to hear more of the sellers who are looking for Real Estate assistance.
New in app calling is disruptive. It rings ontop of my other calls, very annoying when on a call already. I have to take out and look at my phone to decline when needing to silence, instead of just hitting a side button through my pocket . Also doesn't always hang up appropriately when using over Bluetooth in the car.
nice layout. but it favors iphone users. Android users don't have the in app experience so leads don't always get to us

Premier Agent program is nice, but this app is glitchy. Like it doesn't notify me of contacts responding to emails or texts all the time. I also believe their COVID warning at the top of the Email Inbox covers your most recent email, so you have no idea who to connect with because you can't see it, just that you have an unread email flag.
This app for Android is so behind the iPhone version of the app that I'm actually considering getting an iPhone instead to better serve my flex leads. The entire user experience is different from the moment you receive a call. 9 times out of 10 I need to open the app, quit the app, open the app again just to see anything at all within the app. I wish the developers could cater to the android interface like they have for iPhone users. And I'm using a Galaxy S21, not an old phone.
This is a great app. My only complaint, which likely counts for half a star (4.5 stars is more accurate rating), is that it is difficult for team leads or individuals to access the advertising portion of the home page on the fly, from mobile.
It doesn't record the message from the caller. Instead it plays an outgoing message. It notified me 2 days later that i had a message. That person wanted me to show him a $700,000.house so that could have been a large commission for me. Another thing that is pointless.- you notified me that 2 of my leads are me-my name, my address, my phone number. No, I think you go out of your way to mess things up! And you refuse to put my listing on zillow. You are making things worse, not better!
Not off to a great start. I can't import leads except one at a time. I have over 3000. that renders the CRM useless as far as I'm concerned. 3 days in my listings still aren't posted on Premier Agent. Seems a lot to spend for such slow bug fixes. Been trying for 48 hours to get reviews posted from past clients. They're not posting for some reason. Feeling frustrated that I agreed to the monthly fees for such a delayed start.
Reset my password. Entered new password and couldn't log in because "something went wrong". Tried reentering password to ensure I didn't have at typo. Got same error message. This is the most worthless P.O.S. app ever. The only thing wrong was who was hired to write the code for the app.
Pro-Never freezes on me. Con-because of the app I can't open a zillow property profile page as desktop in my chrome browser on my phone. The premier app page from a google search for a property doesn't even have the sellers contact info on fsbos.
Doesn't give me notifications when my leads message me. Been going on for months(since I started) and they don't have a clue. Their incompetent service people just keep telling me to delete the app and start over, which isn't helping any more the 5th time than it did the first. And many of the leads I get connected with in the first place either already have an agent or only want to talk to the sellers agent.
I love having my zillow dashboard at my fingertips. It is so helpful in the field to use voice texting to add my notes, so that my whole team can respond immediately and understand the communication between the lead in myself.
Very buggy on Android. Shows notifications on homescreen icon but no notifications when I open app. Notification on the icon does not go away. I am not notified when someone messages me so unless I check the app multiple times I miss messages. Response is everything! If I do get a notification, it is about a contact looking at a property but that's it. All notifications are turned on but as mentioned, I don't get "new message" notifications.
