Better than a lot of financial apps... The old app was horrible, but they've made lots of improvements. I hardly ever logon to the website anymore. This does just about everything I need. It even has fingerprint login that not all othe financial apps do (looking at you, Vanguard). The check deposit works really well, *except* they only give you the endorsement instructions after you've scanned the front and are ready to scan the back. Bad timing.
It wasn't broke, so they fixed it. I had minimal problems until the last update. It takes me twice as long to make a mobile deposit because of the auto capture. I can't go into the branch, so I do deposits through the app. The last update really made the app less user friendly.
The app is pretty good but depending on what you are using it on it's functions are limited and not as easily found. Regular Pc is great but tablet and phone are totally different and trying to locate the things you need are not as easy.
Terrible update! Ever since the recent update, can't get the application to work. It just flashes in a loop. Have to uninstall and reinstall to get the application to work only half the time. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!
the app is fine, the credit union is not what it was. it has declined in service and offeres not incentives to do business. looked at a loan and they would require me to close all my credit card accounts as a condition. HORRIBLE!!!!!
How to take pictures multiple times of both front and back. Got message that's the deposit didn't go through because the pictures weren't clear. To look at the pictures after I took them on my phone they looked perfectly good and I don't understand why it wasn't being accepted.
It worked very well for check deposit, but the app would not work with my Samsung cell phone It says device is not compatible I have two Samsung tablets It would only download on one of them More work necessary to make this a better app Update Got a new phone and now it works. My old phone had android 6. New one has Android 9.
works to view balance but thats about it. the rest of the features in the app just seem to not work, or it's a link to the mobile website, which also doesn't work, so you just end up going on your desktop anyway
The new picture taking feature is bad. I have to take the picture many timesto get it in focus. It was better before.(update: it's still bad. I have to take the picture so many times, that it eats my phone battery! ) UPDATE: I got a new phone. Now the picture taking is fast and accurate. Yay!
The AP works great. However, the Mobile Deposit function changed to an auto capture photo ofvthe check image. Wholly unneeded. i am quite capable of taking my own picture of the check.
Helps me check my accounts on the go. The mobile check deposit is a bit buggy sometimes. For example, it asks to verify something om the back of the check, but shows the front of the check.
it works its great. It does have somethings that are not right such as, telling me i wasted a certain amount when it wasn't really that amount. It does that for a moment, but then it fixes.
Great app..Works all the time which is a plus. I have never experienced issues. They always keep me updated and informed of accounts, circumstances, or problems.
Great works perfectly. Check deposits are a cinch, reviewing balances and general account management are always easy. Couldn't ask more from the app.
The new ver is not as good as previous. This one says ”check” and had to figure out this ment deposit check. It also would not take an auto pick of check. This new version is not good
Good app... But it's super slow for depositing Checks and sometimes crashes that makes me do the same transaction multiple time. Improve it and I will give you 5 Stars
Super simple and easy to link to account. Easy interface and straight forward for depositing checks. About all anyone needs.
Unable to use deposit function! Thats the function which is probably used most often but rarely does it work. It keeps giving an error that I've reached my daily allowable deposit limit of $10k, I WISH!! Doesn't let me deposit a single check. What a headache!!
Argh! Another banking entity which ruined their mobile deposit. How does making it automatically take a picture BEFORE you have your phone aligned help? Revert back to the old system. Otherwise, the app is great.
Do not like the new app or logo for the credit union. Adding the red lettering was startling and brings to mind a stop sign. It is not a welcoming sight. I do not like seeing the app on my phone screen.
Now that I'm used to it, I'd give it a 5, but at first I had to hunt a bit. Remember to scroll down to find more. They always tell you well in advance when it will be closed for maintenance. It always works well for me. As a Credit Union, I would also highly recommend it. I also use another CU that I would not say any of these nice things about their app.
Transfers are very easy but check deposit can be a bit frustrating. But, it's better than going back and forth in person.
I've been a member for over 13 years and have been using this app since i can remember. Not once was I done wrong. Everything has been in order well maintained app and branches. Keep it up. Recomend 100.
Great app for covid or whenever your trying not to be out and about. Im a hard working man. I dont need to take a drive to an atm in the middle of the night just to transfer cash into saveing. Its great i love it.
Doesn't provide all features of web site. Won't show me password so I can check for typos from tiny soft keyboard. Shows ads - potential for data leaks...
I really like being able to make a mobile deposit, which is what I do most of the time with the app. However there are several problems with mobile deposit. First, the auto-capture mode does not give you enough time to center and focus the check. Second, I'm guessing after an app update, that Auto-capture is reset even though I had Manual-capture mode enabled last. Third, why does the app show me the front of the check when it is asking about writing the routing number on the back of the check. Fourth, if I am in portrait mode when using the app, the "check deposit" label only shows "check" which does not make the deposit part intuitively obvious. Fifth, the app auto-rotates to the opposite landscape orientation after being rotated to take a picture of the check.
