The app constantly errors out - sometimes even telling you your account cannot be found. Balance might show - but not transactions... It works maybe 50% of the times I attempt to use it. Would not recommend and considering changing banks so I have an app that works
App is unusable. You must add an additional way to check validation of a device. The only current way is text message, which never reaches my phone. Try adding phone call or email validation check so this app can be used.
Not user friendly. Trying to do submit check with photo, says it's not endorsed even tho it's clearly signed. Not a fan.
I have downloaded this app multiple different times about a year's time. It has never worked for me. There's always an issue or an error
Review applies for both gmail accounts on LG Velvet device on ATT network. App is not and never really was ever useable. Since I cannot find this app adequately listed in Play Store using main gmail account on LG Velvet device please adjust accordingly.
The latest update is inoperable on my phone running Android 5.0. Was working fine for years before.

Has a lot of things you can do, but can't get on sometimes for whatever reason.
Great People are what make a bank a 5 star bank and premier bank in Farmington has just that!!! Couldn't be Happier with them.

This app has become unstable. You can see your funds, but are unable to pay bills or transfer from one account to another. Also deposit of checks no longer works either. The updated 4.7 version won't work at all.

Even after resetting my password multiple times and being able to log on through the bank's website, the app keeps saying my username and password is invalid

I'm not sure what happened to this app about a month ago but since then both my savings and checking account apps cannot upload a check, always telling me the picture is not clear enough. :(
When I try to capture an image of a check for mobile deposit the image does not show up on the screen so I can not tell if the check is within the frame until after I take the shot.
For a gal who knows very little about technology, this was super easy to install, navigate and conduct my banking.
Plus, I can deposit checks without going to the bank! Great when I'm short on time. Very easy to use!

This app is amazing!!
This is the least intuitive banking app I've ever used. Want to set up a cross-bank transfer? No can do. Want to use biometrics to log in? The app never allows it. Want to have more options than just looking at your account? You're barking up the wrong tree. As somebody who is on the road 95% of the year, I don't have the option to go into a banking branch all the time, so my disdain for this app has been well rooted.
