Premier Community E-Banking

I pay all my bills with ease. I like that I can set up automatic payments that I control. I can transfer money between accounts, see balances, and view statements. I love it when I find a tool to make my busy mom-life easier!

Mobile deposit is next to useless. On average I need to take pictures 5 different times before it registers and reads the check. Always crashing. It's necessary if you bank here, but it's an awful app.

I love that I can use my fingerprint to sign in instead of worrying about remembering the password ! I would recommend this app. The ease and use of it is great. Also personal bankers when you call are very helpful!

Great ease of use! Vital app when you have to pay a bill and the banks are closed. Easily transfer funds to appropriate account. Keep up the good work!

Much easier to navigate through updated site. Much more convenient with all activity in one site, rather than using two apps to use multi services at single bank. Love it!

App uses fingerprint feature which is great as it's not expected to be reset every quarter. Features are good too

This sucks, never had a bank that made me use my card so much. They certainly discourage you from tryin to save any money.

I have a Moto E5 Plus and everytime I restart the phone it disables fingerprint login, which is really irritating.

Banking pleasant.... dealing with being able to use car loan disability insurance...disappointing...still waiting since August to get help from Pekin insurance, which we pay for every month... when premier sold our mortgage...new company did not honor the loan insurance we paid for... totally discouraged and broke because we really need the help.. husband had a debilitating stroke....living on 1/4 of our usual income...and no help from premier....
