I would probably like this app better if I hadnt used the previous version, which was much easier to use. My guess is this one is more secure? Thats always the reason i get for bad ux.
It's great to check balance and see what I've spent however I still have to call the bank to see if money is coming in. I feel the app should do that. Before I used the app I could see it online and now again, I have to call. I should be able to see it in the app
Mobile deposit never works without mutiple tries. The intensity of a thousand suns is needed to light up checks apparently for the photo to be accepted.
Clunky interface. Can't see more of a transaction, I need to see. You can't download. Not happy.
The mobile deposit feature never seems to work on money orders. I've tried multiple times on multiple money orders.
absolutely horrible app since the upgrade on 3/5/19. Can't open to even find a menu to see account information.
